Very healthy, no medication, 80 year old. Walk a big dog 3 times a day, in the South African sunshine and walk barefoot most of my time. Eat only fresh, self cooked, real food. Sleep well. I have been alone for 20 years, no family, no close friends, happily go without speaking to another human for days. I am creative and would rather spend my time learning something or making something, than interact with someone else. Some people love to be alone, I have been one, since childhood.

I believe ppl with a high social IQ can keep themselves so occupied that it doesn't occur that we are often doing things alone. however, when you are out walking your dog I'm sure you see ppl and when you are reading or learning or watching (as you just did) something new, you are taking in the information that another person has created. so, that creates connection in a way that still satisfies your social desires.

Why do we call it disease? It is actually disease dis-4:36 ease. We are out of ease. Our Heavenly Father Yahvah didn't make an imperfect world. He made a perfect world. All the troubles etc are as a direct result of Satan and his minions influencing man and woman. Then man or woman does what Satan gets them to do. Satan can do nothing on his own. So the big issue is man's fallen state. "If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and turn from their wicked ways I will heal their land." Your guest has said so many things that totally agree with a lady called Barbara I'Neill from Australia. She started out just wanting natural healing methods for her family and friends. She ended up having a place on their property where she could have people from all over the world who could come to her for natural help and healing. Unfortunately the Medical Dr's. Association, Government, etc. took her to court in a dirty way and refused to let her be a part of her own work anymore and tried to completely ruin her reputation. She now travels to the U.S., New Zealand, etc. to do her lectures and to help people who come to them. I find her amazing and the fact that your guest speaker is also saying so many of these things that she teaches have kept me rapt with attention. Thank- you both for a fascinating video. My last test in November 2023 showed too much D3 and B12, so the Dr asked me to reduce my supplement intake to one a week or alternative days. I have prescribed d3 of 800iu. He says that should be sufficient. However, that was low according to the test results. Just need to take extra 1000iu, which is fine. Extra 2000iu would be too much.

@@vibhaspalding6457 The amount you should take is wholly dependent upon how your body absorbs and processes the D3 (some people have gut issues and genetic issues that hurt this process) and by how much inflammation your immune system is managing. If, for instance, your body has a tremendous amount of inflammation due to infections, etc., it will need a much higher and consistent dose of D3 continuously. One size doesn't fit all, but I agree with your general statements.

Finding out my MTHFR mutations and vitamins protocols saved me. I was bed ridden for almost 5 years, every single system was haywire, deficient b12, vit bs and d, zero testosterone, ferritin at 1400, blown thyroid, dyeing liver, cognitive, mobility and speech slurring, brain fog, aching joints, severe anxiety....a shell of a man unable to even pick up my kids. Thought of packing it in a few times I was so sick. I took a high dose of multiple methylated vitamins and 4 days later it was like being born again. It was the first time in a decade that I did not have crushing anxiety and dread and fear.. I attended to each issue individually, cried daily for a month at wondering if this what normal people feel like.. Now at the gym daily, I am back, alive and so grateful for life, and everything I have. Not everyone will respond the way my body did, and It's still a slow climb to get my body functioning, gain muscle, strength..but I now have another chance at life. Thank you. I am so grateful.

Download the raw DNA (TSV for 23andme, CSV for myheritage, both can be opened in excel) 2. Search for rs1801133. That row, if you see C or G, you got the good normal gene. A or T is the bad one. I have AG, so 50% good gene. 3. Search for rs1801131. For this one, A or T is the good one and C or G is the bad one.

I had real hopes in trying to contact this gentleman, my life is zilch with fears, phobias, etc.etc. as for going out in the sun, perhaps they forgot about agrphobics that cant go out" So my hopes are shattered, even when i wrote down the methyl stuff i have since read it is dangerous very dangerous to take methyl folate in many cases, so now i give up! I started the Carnivore way of eating 20 months ago and within 4 days my blood pressure had gone from out of control even on medication to 108/63. It has been normal ever since, and without any medication. I only started eating this way to fix my severe acid reflux that was a result of my hiatal hernia, so I was shocked when I went to my doctor's appointment and had such a great bp reading! I had been taking blood pressure meds for over a decade and they had been increased from 1 pill to 1 and a half pills, to 2 pills, and even after that, I was regularly having bp in the 160s/90s range. It was out of control! Eating beef (ground beef, oxtail, steak, and occasional beef liver), eggs, tallow, ghee, mackerel, and sardines reversed about 30 issues for me. Leaving out the plant toxins (natural pesticides and carcinogens) as well as the antinutrients, really improved my health. Just as an example, broccoli contains phytates which inhibit the absorption of copper, calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc. It also contains trypsin inhibitors that prevent the body from breaking down protein into the amino acids the body uses to rebuild and replace tissues. By cutting out these antinutrients and consuming nutritionally dense meat and eggs, I have reversed not only high blood pressure, but a host of other issues from urinary incontinence (which I suffered with for 33 years!) to floaters, to even (I recently discovered) lactose intolerance! Ingesting carbohydrates glycates all of the cells in the body and causes inflammation. And ingesting carbohydrates in the ridiculous amounts people regularly do today really does untold damage throughout the body. And, as the blood sugar level spikes and then remains high for people who are insulin resistant, the insulin that has to remain in the bloodstream for up to 6 hours after a meal, also causes damage. So, deficiencies plus inflammation equals the host of chronic (physical and mental, although "mental" is just physical in the brain) health issues most of us face today.

Doctors and Pharmacies always try to treat a problem once it presents itself and not look at more preventive method. Doing biomarker and bloodwork testing can really help you locate vitamin and mineral deficiencies and biomarker can determine if you’re genetically prone to cancer or certain illnesses.

The last three months of my last pregnancy was pretty treacherous. I had panic attacks that I could not articulate to my health providers. The physical things that were happening to me were hard to put into words. I want the emergency room twice only to not to be listened to and sent to obstetrics to monitor the baby. I felt like I was passing out all the time, but I wasn’t actually passing out. It was so hard to explain. Crazy heart palpitations and I was becoming agoraphobic because of the fear of passing out in public. I dealt with that feeling on and off for three years after that pregnancy as well. Somebody told me to take b complex because I felt so tired all the time. So I went ahead and bought some b complex. Within two weeks all of my anxiety all of my panic attacks all of those horrible physical feelings, completely disappeared. I suffered for years and all I had was a severe b deficiency. Not one doctor listened to me and every single one refused to take bloodwork and put me on antidepressants which of course didn’t work. It’s amazing what mainstream doctors don’t know….or maybe more so, they don’t care.

Yes they have different sets of problems due to lack of plumbing and sanitation and things of that nature But anxiety, depression, heart disease, diabetes etc… it’s a non factor, and it’s good to try to understand why. AND he impressed me with his concern for the regular eveyday person who is NOT getting the best advice from the medical field. Especially here in the US where MD's actually only have a few minutes to talk with you IF they see you instead of sending their NP to you. And where MD's here are not trained in alternative wholistic medicine. We are prescribed medicines that harm us over time, that are energetically marketed to doctors and the general public only because the goal is profit not to serve the greater good. Mushrooms for the sole and copper for the conduction. Not only eco-friendly but also challenges the traditional fast-fashion mentality by encouraging individuals to value their products and take care of them. Allowing the sneakers to return to the earth, you’ll never have to feel guilty again throwing out a part of sneakers again. My ethos as a designer is to empower the individual and reduce reliance on corporations as well as promoting a more sustainable and mindful approach to consumption. I did Gary’s test. I’m glad I did but a word of caution and something I found out the hard way. If you have MTHFR and you start taking methylfolate, you can get a bad reaction. You may have to start at an extremely low dose. Some people, like myself (and confirmed this with a genetic doctor I’ve seen after doing Gary’s test and wanted to dig deeper), can have a strong reaction where they get intense anxiety, can’t sleep, and strong feelings of being flushed that can last for months. Thankfully mine lasted a few days and went away when I donated blood but I’ve seen horror stories of people having reactions that lasted months from just one dose and they wanted to kill themselves. Just a word of caution that methylfolate is no joke for someone who can’t methylate well and you need to start SUPER, super, super, super, super low and work your way up.

Summary and key insights from this video: Gary is a human biologist who has spent 20 years studying the human body. He has worked with high-profile individuals, including athletes and celebrities. He highlights the importance of various aspects of health and wellness, including methylation, gene mutation, nutrient deficiencies, grounding, breathwork, nutrition, reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, stress, sleep, hydration, and reducing exposure to toxins and EMFs. 1. Consistency is key in maintaining good health and well-being. 2. Methylation is the process of converting nutrients into usable forms, and genetic mutations can affect this process. 3. Nutrient deficiencies, including vitamin D3, vitamin B12, and magnesium, are common and can be addressed through supplementation. 4. Grounding, breathwork, and nutrition are essential for overall health and well-being. 5. Reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and stress can help prevent chronic diseases. 6. Getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and reducing exposure to toxins and EMFs are important for overall health. 7. Community and social connections are crucial for maintaining good health and well-being. 8. Self-care, self-trust, and self-confidence are essential for overall well-being. 9. Genetic mutations, including MTHFR gene mutations, can affect overall health and well-being. 10. Correcting genetic mutations can improve health outcomes and reduce symptoms. 11. Red light therapy can improve skin health, reduce inflammation, and increase energy levels.

Yes in US if you ask a doctor for specific tests they call you crazy. “I think this is all mods related that we can discuss at your next visit” is what my PCP told me about my autoimmune concerns. A new PCP referred me to the cancer center afraid he was missing something. He said probably autoimmune they can’t figure out. Well cancer center took one visual look at my outer appearance and within 20 seconds said “hi I’m doctor Hassan, there’s no way you have cancer” he said and he kind of laughed at the fact I was there. These are just some of the doctors that have severely hurt my health over the last 4 years. So tired of doctors dismissing people here in US. They think just because they can’t see it or they might not know, that must mean this person is crazy and their symptoms/illness does not exist. I have markers for sever inflammation. History of MS, diabetes etc. doctors don’t care. I go to neurologist for multilevel spondylosis and it causes me issues but my neurologist only talks about forcing insurance companies to cover nurtec. Yes this med has taken away the stroke symptoms I got with migraines and I’m thankful. But as far as taking control of my health, or preventative for more degeneration. Or anything, no I’m crazy. I need to see a psychologist etc. who do you call to get all these tests because here doctors say no.

This is me minus menopause! I have hashi and have been strongly encouraged to seek out LDN but can’t get it prescribed here in the UK. @melsymadds
@melsymadds 9 днів тому
@@princessfreesia yes trying to get LDN in the UK is nearly impossible. I have M.E amongst other difficult conditions and I’ve read accounts where LDN has helped somewhat.. I was replying to someone else above saying that we just don’t have the infrastructure here in the UK for functional doctors . There’s no regulation or accreditation so there’s many charlatans and it can cost thousands to see someone, get tested and get the right supplements. There are naturopaths scattered across the country but it’s very hard to gauge if they’re trustworthy. I think the information shared in this video is pretty important but testing in the ways that is talked about here could be quite prohibitive here. Many of us do want to take charge of our own health but it can be out of reach.

I have hashis and took LDN for 6 months and it didn't make any difference. Since having 2 unwanted Pfizer c vaccines I developed migratory shingles and was terribly ill. Since then my hashis has gone into remission and I've taken no thyroid meds for 7 months. I developed HPylori due to nutrient malabsorption and low stomach acid. We have to be our own health advocate and it's so hard. I go along on the basis that any test results that aren't in the top 20% of the range are sub-optimal and I supplement as best I can. A lot of supplements are only a bare minimum therapeutic dose 🇳🇿

I did diet, I exercised, I tried fasting, and so on. Then I said maybe at 41 years old is just normal, the GP he looked at me and said, oh I didn't know you 41. My point is regular GP will watch us die before helping diagnose anything you my complaint about your body, in this world. The only thing I Wanted was a hormonal check. And he refused to order one, just to feel comfortable not knowing the patient in front of them. They only care about the €65 you spend going there.

I'm only in the process of watching now, so I'm not sure what they said yet, but do you oil pull with castor oil for 1-2 minutes daily, or along with your tooth brushing routine? Castor oil has properties that strip the film from your teeth that bacteria use to cling to your teeth/tongue, and by oil pulling you take away a lot of the properties needed for candida to better thrive in your body

Incredible info!! As a healthcare worker who has done a deep dive as well, i might humbly add a couple things about nutrient deficiency tests... 1) Throw away the word "normal" with your tests. Learn what OPTIMAL is for each nutrient. "You're in normal range" only means you weren't in the bottom 5% most extreme cases of our sick, obese country. Normal range uses 95% population average, but a UNC study showed 88% of Americans are metabolically unfit (*aka sick*). Add that up. 2) Serum magnesium is worthless. Blood serum is only 1% of total body Mg, and your body will rob your muscles & bones (60% & 20% of your total body Mg storage) to keep serum level consistent. But eating plenty of Mg is mega-crucial.. it plays a part in 300 enzymatic functions! 3) RBC Mg is more accurate, but most accurate would be to count up RDAs of things like potassium and Mg, zinc, iron, vitamin A, B, K, etc in your common meals and see how lousy your intake has been. It'll shock you. We eat dead food, and are dying quickly from it. Yet we shun any accountability for our lifestyle too-- how wise!

Symptoms were bone aches, depression/anxiety, severe exhaustion and lethargy, brain fog, and migraines. Hormone imbalances can sap calcium from your bones. How timely for me!! I recently recalled the benefits of amino acids & pulled out my books, ordered the specific aminos I tested deficient in, along with an amino blend & an excellent multi + necessary co-factors, herbs, omegas, etc. The difference in how I felt - even the first day! - was undeniable!! After years - decades - of anxiety, depression, fatigue, which eventually became lethargy & inability to work, and now I have HOPE! The cool thing about aminos is that if you’re unbalanced, after supplementation with correct aminos, your body will kick in & make the correct amount you need - - soon you will no longer need to supplement (or will be able to drastically cut back!!). This is opposite of pharma drugs, which trap you in an ever-increasing amount, plus usually the addition of even more drugs. Aminos are IT!! Balance them, and you ALSO no longer desire drugs or alcohol to feel “normal”!!
