I always LOVED rat rods because anyone can do it, and I didn't know about the $3,000 build limit. That is a great idea and keeps it honest and out of hot rod territory altogether.

I love Detroit 2 stroke diesel engines, super charged. They have such a unique sound and pump out lots of power man. And very simple design, just don't forget to put the governor fork on the right way on the blower, it will run away on you and it's not easy to shut down when it does.

These vehicles make my 460F100 seem like advance modern technology. Well I guess it's advance for the seventies. As fun as this is no one around me seems to appreciate the creative. It makes me wonder what they think of God. I'm waiting on that special something for an excellent 74 dodge van, a Deco posh of undesirable flaws in the body an paint . It's all crap not one niffty deng. Yet a near perfect face. But the rust in all the tiny places condemns the body. It's a tool box on wheels for the moment. missing the handle a fifty foot giant might use to carry it off . I think lifted off roader is the look I'm after, a monster van . Full Size .
