There is the Annual Race from Trinidad to Tobago called the Great Race. Racing at more than 100 mph on smooth waters is one thing, fast on 5 -8 meter swells is another type of fastest

the must be nice comments are silly, most of these guys grew up around this sport and worked really hard to get where they are at. Blue collar type work . I rode on a boat when i was a kid in a parade in Hartford CT in the NPBA days in the 80s and the newspaper went off about the rich showing off their money. The guys I ran with installed replacement windows and worked their asses off to run a race.

Why do people who make videos outdoors with the wind blowing. Lack the mentality to put a windsock over their microphone so viewers don't have to listen to the irritating rumble of the wind constantly. Not doing so makes what could be an enjoyable video almost worthless....

No way theses are the fastest boats in the world! Those would be Top Fuel Hydros drag boats that accelerate from zero ton270 mph in 5 seconds.
