You really never know what you're gonna get until you have to fight her and she's always in self control holding her own self back. That's just how powerful Storm is she has the power to restrain her own self.

How can Iceman be at 15°?! The dude froze Mars, can turn off a sun, froze hell… and his power isn’t just manipulation of ice and moisture, his powers are manipulation of thermal energy and also water at molecular level!!! And you said he makes a shield of ice around his body, but he actually transforms his body into organic water!

Kid Omega should have been in the bottom half of the list. This guy has lost 1v1 against alpha level telepaths, has died to regular humans countless times, and is overall probably the weakest omega ever. He's been overpowered by Emma Frost multiple times and lost to Rachel Grey cleanly, and sure, those are two of the most powerful telepaths out there, but he's apparently supposed to have more raw power than them, according to the omega list, and he just hasn't shown that in any way whatsoever. Also, you have Iceman at #15? The guy who literally froze over hell, cannot die as long as any source of water is around, is able to now freeze space-time, and drop an area to absolute zero temperature in a few seconds.

Amazing list, I agree with everything. Just one small note, Isca is not invincible in a way most people might imagine. For example, to win she also switches side. When the X-Men began to win the war of swords in Otherworld, Isca to not lose, switched to the winner side and started to help the X-Men. Her power don't allow her to lose, and to win she'll switch sides if her team is losing. This also happened when Arakko fall in Amenth.

As a diehard and educated Jean/Phoenix stan, I am glad someone explained some of her feats. I would also add that she can travel through time and has the power of the Life Force running through her as well. Also, the WHR is the home of the Phoenix Force, it is the afterlife for creation (which Phoenix Force sparked) not the afterlife of the Phoenix Force since it can never die. Also Storm should be ranked much higher. Idk where but I know her feats and potential are much more than provided.

Marvel Girl and Storm’s power levels are on par with the Dark Phoenix per Marvel itself so those two should have been at the top and Jean is no longer the Phoenix..she wants to be her own individual not based on the Phoenix or its force. Marvel Girl is an Omega telepath because her dominant mutant power is her telepathy. The Magneto and Iceman, although Mr M and Legion are definitely more powerful, should have been ranked 8 or higher. Tarn should have been higher and Hope, Quinten and Vulcan should have been ranked one behind the other because, as you said, they have not reached their full potential. Just because they are psychic or potential Phoenix hosts doesn’t make them rank higher above everyone else especially when everyone else is becoming more powerful or as powerful as the Phoenix itself. Exodus should be ranked a bit higher as well cause he’s most definitely is more powerful than those other psychics. It’s not about their power type but what they are capable of doing when using their powers

She is a energy manipulator as well that can perceive a person's nervous system and has a will that is so strong that she can defeat other manipulators during a power transfer struggle. She can sense and control atoms..molecules and create energy. Her mind naturally blocks telepathic attack and she can also heightened the defense even further due to her training of fighting against telepaths. Her powers are on a molecular and atomic level. She can CREATE energy and bend to her will and that is what people don't understand. A lot of the mutants manipulate but Storm does that but also CREATES. She is far more dangerous to any planet and the universe than any telepath because she can literally destroy all life and planet's ability to survive or create atmospheric phenomenon in the universe to make it completely unfit to be in. Then there is also her bloodline of sorcery and her heritage being favored by Gods which is why she has the gift of godhood. Many people don't know that one of Storm's ancestors was sorceress supreme with weather control being only ONE of her powers. She controlled that along with telekinesis, telepathy, mystical magic, illusions.

Nathaniel Grey, X-Man is by far the most powerful psionic being in all of Marvel. He had an output equal to the Dark Phoenix at a time where he had no control or full realization of his powers. He alone was the one who freed himself and the rest of the mutants Onslaught captured, including Franklin Richards. And only one mutant was able to fend him off telepathically, Emma Frost. The fact that those two are not on the list is insulting. :)

Storm one shotted the Adversary, which is a universal threat. Storm was able to host Eternity which is a more powerful entity than the Phoenix Force. Storm was able to host the Phoenix Force too btw. In the late 90s and early 2000s, Jean’s telekinesis was described as being able to move mountains. She was supposedly an advanced level telekinesis, to the point that she can manipulate atoms. Telekinesis is mind over matter and to Jean that was quite literal. Her depictions in fox films, the way she uses her telekinesis to disintegrate everyone is a sample of this. So I wasn’t fond of the idea that she was only an omega level telepath and not omega level telekinetic.

I like this world, I am not like super fan, but I know some basics and I was pretty surprised that one name was missing here. Scarlet Witch. She is one of the most powerfull mutant, she can manipulate with entire reality by siple sentense and if I am right, she is powerfull enough to resurect herself after she died and is responsible for this mutant resurection system. Not even mantion about the fact that when she faced the Dark Phoenix force, she won and there is only a little of beings that can beat it. I am huge fan of Scarlet Witch and she is one of my the most favorite characters ever, so I kinda missed her here. I know she is not overpowerfull, but she definitely deserves to be on the list.

Jean Grey without the Phoenix Force is pretty lame tbh. Legion should be on top of the List because his power is similar to Hopes, except that he can Spontaneously create new Mutations/Powers in himself whenever he likes. He see something like Phoenix force and be like, That's cute, i can do that also and Jean has lost the Phoenix Force soo many times over that tbh she should only be on the list if Legion was at the stage where he gained his sanity and full control of all his powers, in which case, Phoenix, he could have thought it and Phoenix Force would be no longer. If we do that then we also have to add Gambit to the mix because he met an alternate version of himself that had control over all forms of energy and in the process of battling him learned to do it himself for a brief time. Also Bobby Drake (Iceman) should be higher on the list as he can Effect temperature on a Universal Scale, if he wanted he could wipe out all life in the galaxy in almost an instant making every planet uninhabitable due to the Negative Degrees.
