1-) Chicken Wings with Orange Chili Sauce & Lemon Turmeric Pilaf
(Serves 2, Preparation: 10 minutes, Cooking: 20 minutes)
Ingredients:
For Orange Chili Sauce:
4 oranges
3 dried chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1,5 teaspoon starch
1,5 tea glass of water
For Chicken Wings:
10 chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1,5 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon thyme
1.5 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon starch
2 tablespoons of oil
For Lemon Turmeric Pilaf
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 lemon zest
1 tablespoon of butter
1,5 cups of jasmine rice

300 grams of low-fat ground beef

1 tomato (diced)
