No, and it's because, with the new rules, you must have two returners back there on kickoffs. Having both Hardy and Wallace back there will be a hard task for opponents to handle.

Yes , Hardy was definitely a target once cut from buff. Need a playmaker at returner. Wallace and good and should get WR reps and opportunity. Henry, Hardy , Jones and Howard was my best targets in FA. Got 3 need Howard lol. Hardy is a 💎 for special teams boost.

It sucks for Tylan but it’s just competition. But, last year while Duvernay was hurt, we had Justice Hill return kickoffs, and had Tylan return punts. I could see doing that but have Harty instead of Hill. Another thing is Harty has a bit more experience and playmaking ability being lined up on offense compared to Tylan so Deonte may end up being our WR4 behind Zay, Bate, and Nelson.

One good td run doesn’t make you a teir one returner. The ravens let go arguably the best returner in the league for financial reasons. Harty is a much more proven special teams returner. Wallace is a fringe player with returning ability. Harty has more receiving ability and is a more proven returner🤷♂️ I’m happy about them bringing someone else in to compete for the spot

I wouldn't assume that Harty is just going to be a returner. If you rank the Ravens pass catchers based off of their best season, it's 1. Mark Andrews 2. Nelson Agholar 3. Zay Flowers 4. Deonte Harty 5. Rashad Bateman 6. Likely

Those dudes combined cant do what jacoby jones did on that super bowl run.. we gonna need another dragonfly type guy if we gunna get that 3rd ring. Both superbowl wins, we had a return TD. Bateman gotta prove it, Zay gotta keep it up and not have a sophomore slump, agholor needs to step it up and have the best yr of his career. gotta figure a two TE set both for passing & running. Get some OL help in the draft, another pass rusher, deep reciever draft, snag a DB, sign dustin crum from the cfl to compete for backup quaterback spot.
