Warning ⚠️ spoiler This Song is Basically about : Theres a girl who attempts suicide but is saved by a boy and it turns to a love relationship almost like love at first sight. The boy asks the girl why she wants to die and she says she has thanatos illness. Basically people ruled by thanatos want death and those ruled by eros desire life and will to live. People with thanatos can see the grim reaper. Since the girl has thanatos the grim reaper is calling out to her and the boy gets jealous. She tries to attempt suicide again and it looks like she is just waiting for the boy to come save her again. After a while she says no more so they break up and now the boy doesnt want to live either. Now it flashes to where they are both at a rooftop and the girl finally smiles (both ready to jump off) they both jumped off happily and the boy died.. the girl didnt because she never existed. As a suicide survivor, still dealing with such an issue I think the song is amazing and the meaning makes me glad that now people actually talk more about stuff like this instead of ignoring it, it's important to get help and it's sad that people take you seriously only after such a tragedy happens, yet there are so many reasons to be alive and ways to get better, life goes on even if u feel like this bad time will never end, nothing is temporary. Fun fact: This song is inspired by the story Thanatos no Yūwaku (タナトスの誘惑, An Invitation from Thanatos). In short, the guy sees the girl trying to jump off a building, stops her, love at first sight, every time she planned to suicide she texted him about it, he thought she wanted him to stop her, but what she really wanted is different, one day, she again tries to jump, he gets there quickly and grabs her hand, she is saying the god of death/grim reaper (Thanatos) is calling for her, he is telling her that she needs to look at him and not at the grim reaper, apparently, the grim reaper appears attractive to whoever it calls, he then asks her, why even though he loves her so much, won't she look at him, she said that she doesn't want to anymore, he said that he doesn't want this either, she said "I'm tired already", "I'm tired too" he said, "I want to die faster" she said, "I also want to die!!" he said... At that moment, when he said he also wants to die, she lifted her head, she smiled. "You finally realised?" she asked. "Ah... I finally understand" he said. "Really? That's great" she said "Ah I see, every time you planned to commit suicide and called me, it was not because you wanted me to save you... you wanted to bring me along" he said Now we understand that she wanted him to suicide with her... I first discover this song only recently, never a music guy myself. Until a sudden grief strike happened a few months ago, still feel the tinge to this day. Lucky me I read UKposts comment and stop myself from searching for the lyric. Now 3 months and the grief is dissipated, only now I watch this one with lyric. Such a beautiful song, and seductive lyric. Probably hit differently if I watch during the episode, but I'm glad I found the song. It's like a comforting touch from a loving spirit.

This song is abt a guy whos girlfriend is attracted to death and always tries to commit suic!de, but he will stop her every time. The girl says that she can see the god of death and that the God keeps calling to her. (Thanatos is a disorder in which it's believed that the people suffering from them can see the god of death) The girl keeps committing suic!de and the guy keeps stopping her. Later on, the guy also gets depressed and since he loves her so much, he finally decides to commit suic!de with her. Before they die, the girl smiles and they jump off a building together. However, only the guy dies, because she is the god of death and the guy was the person who had thanatos.
