Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, scientist, international educator and renowned as a pioneer in the emerging paradigm based in science, social policy and human potential.

I'm an Israeli too (living in the US), and I had a similar experience when I listened to him several months ago, shortly after the trauma. He is part of a healing movement that is all about healing the Middle East, which started a year ago. It was so comforting seeing that he did not run away from the issue or from discussing the region, when things got tough.

Yes, towards ourselves first (an empty vessel has nothing to give) and towards people who won't use it against us. If you react with 'turning the other cheek' to narcissistic individuals, you will cooperate with their turning you into a doormat. Cultivate love AND values to stand up for AND healthy bounderies AND consequences for antisocial behaviour. AND. Not OR! Otherwise it becomes worth their while to be an amoral, evil person who always wins more and more power over the good hearted folks. So practice love while in meditation, don't doom-scroll, don't dwell on hate, but be prepared to be a warrior FOR that love when you step out of your front door. I agree with Gregg so much. I hear about CRISPR technology and what it can do for our human body, and I do not want to give up our sacred self and the ability to choose, create and use our own imaginations. So resonate about serious illness. 2018 I had copd. I had to make decision. I turned away from western medicine and found CDS. Improved to 100 percent oxygen level from below 88. Sister had same disease, she did western medicine and passed miserably in 2022. I am still ok with that medical problem. I have been gas lit, told I'm a liar, disrespected, everything in the book by physicians who ask "do you have copd after smoking 45 years?". And then I tell them the story of the elephant in the room. Then all hell breaks loose with vile discrediting, lying, or corruption comes out. Nope, not even angry anymore, I'm empowered to do even more. I solved that little problem, I got afraid and stopped learning more. I haven't even tried yet is what I know in my heart and no I don't need a medal or recognition or to even be heard. I have everything I will ever need. My authentic self. God Bless all.

30:42 it's important to know that when the sympathetic nervous system is activated and the body is in Fight/Flight, over 1,000 physiological changes take place, including those in brain activity. Access to the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for logic, reason, empathy, and impulse control shuts down and we begin thinking with the amygdala, which is a more primitive part of the brain, that deals with survival in the moment. Why is it important? Because this happens to ALL of us. We often think reactive behavior is a choice, when the truth is that they've been hijacked by their survival response. On a personal level, we need to develop emotional intelligence. We need to learn how to tolerate our difficult emotions and stay connected to the PFC. We also need to learn how to soothe our nervous systems and restore our sense of safety We learn through neural mirroring. Just modeling emotional intelligence helps others to develop these skills. Additionally, when we understand what's going on, from a physiological level, it's easier to understand that most people aren't "bad". They have unmet needs and unhealed wounds. We need more trauma awareness, especially in the spiritual community. We can't punish or fight the pain out of people. My grandfather was helping Jews during the war and luckily he don’t pay with his life for doing so! was born and raised in Poland! We left due to communism I’m now living in Australia! This is all so true. I recently learned that even my kids’ private school passes kids that are failing. I can’t even understand why this is allowed unless there is an awareness by people in the know that human neurons, human ingenuity, anything uniquely human will no longer be necessary is the imminent future. Like none of the schools care except the military run schools (base schools) that faired better than all other schools during covid. Something is amiss and it’s very scary for humanity at large.

You ask about sacred texts and scripture that foretell what we are experiencing as humanity. I have found that the Nasarean Essene scripture- The Holy Megillah, does speak to what is happening in the version of the Book of Enoch that is found within the living scripture. It has been extremely accurate. The line we do not cross is uploading our consciousness to the Global Organizational Data (G.O.D) and we certainly do not mend with machine.

Please rise up out of the low vibrations of judgment, anger, and hate…rise up to compassion, joy, and love…Random acts of kindness (a cup of coffee for the homeless, a pair of shoes or a jacket for the homeless that you would normally donate, reverence for the beauty of the day, gratitude for what you have) These will all get you to a higher energetic vibration! I get it Gregg and I feel you and everything you said resonates with me as I am approaching my 60th year on this planet. Thank you for the advice on how to keep our humanness as long as we can. Hopefully the changes in leadership in all 40 countries will be leaders that see what we see and whom will turn the transgressions towards centralized power to the opposite direction. Let’s pray that they do because I see a lot of hypnotized people around me. ❤

We all need to have courage .. when the spiritual leaders don’t show their courage .. those that follow have to realize these people are still in their own healing journey.. there is a spiritual warrior that come from wisdom, who fights only for a purpose if serving others , for a people’s freedom and sovereignty and then there is a warrior who fights for power and control and comes from wanting to dominate ..

at 10 monutes of the podcast... I am so happy you brought it up into social awareness. I am from Israel. Hurting whats happening here and every where people brutally suffer. No words. Collective Trauma everywhere. The Time is now . Spreading rays of light into the vast and devastating darkness. According to numbers one active survivor shared.. untill two month ago... around 50 survivors of Nova Festival took their own lives. There is not one israeli citizen to be found who is not Traumatized. Some look fearful away , some do some work ... We all... The whole planet need one another. ❤ To see how we continue spreading and acting in helping each other with Empathy , Kindness and Love 💛 🎉 Thank You

I believe strongly and Spiritually that the spirituality of each individual today, Is to awaken onto one's own personal "I." = Individuality And work through your personal spiritual higher self. And fear not what man can do. Because we are all created by the highest creator of all creation, some call this Eternal Energy, GOD. So we all must learn to fear in 'AWE', our highest Creator Source, of all things seen and unseen. I believe we are being giving this opportunity now to Shine our Light over Humanity which we know is the battle of light and dark within all of us and how we choose what we feel is right and this has become both personal and worldwide challenges, hence the current situations are empowering us to look within and make wise choices that SERVE everyone without the fear, hate and darkness that has and is controlling many today. When we look at others with compassion, light and benevolence then we can generate our own light to create more of this that we all came to do, holding our positive energies higher we are spreading more of our light and benevolence to help others to find their own light. Our systems are broken as we see many starting to fall and we need to look at what works that doesn’t steal peoples God given freedom and choices. When we walk in our own personal power and resilience as humans not robots and live within our Great Inner Strength and Personal Energy we can think for ourselves and CREATE a life that doesn’t need a battery or a button to ignite one’s imagination to build a life that isn’t controlled by AI. We have become a world that depends on easy quick push button solutions because we Don’t Value Our Own Power or bother to take the time to Really Find Ourselves but rather look to become more like a product we buy on a shelf, we are Bigger than what we have been conditioned to believe and we need to find and nurture ourselves and our own greatness.

I’m COMPLETELY on board with what’s being said here! By GB. I get what you’re saying, I get Gregg Braden & in new to you Julie & I’m super impressed with you both! And this info is beyond words important!! Yes and most importantly how do we keep the separation from occurring & further splintering off between us humans? Even ppl I grew up & known for all my life & for 50-40-30-20-10 years , they can’t or won’t take on this info & Knowledge & wisdom. They can’t or won’t take my message of “Humanity we’re in big time problem & let’s talk about it!!” I warn my ppl and most, they disown me. And that hurts like none other. I’m thinking those must be left behind to fend for themselves. My heart cant take it.

Thank you for bringing attention to the juxtaposition of deeply rooted, and collective trauma, to the need for responding with compassion and love for all…as we know intellectually that we are not separate. But then I have found the challenge to be that I not get sucked into the old crumbling paradigms as I prefer to be in the co- creativity of the new Earth.’ I drop into my heart and pray for patience, for myself and others, and I continue to remind myself that I am responsible for my own temple being- I give myself permission to cry, to weep, to sing, and I trust that love will prevail. ‘It’s easy to be a spiritual teacher in good times…’ Yes, this is a time when my past suffering serves me well. I do not need to stare into the fire, but I must acknowledge that it is there, and bring into my own consciousness, through the breath, and through my faith, a higher vision of thought and essence. John Wolach founded Seeds of Peace and brought the first group of kids here to a camp in Maine. We need to come together again.🙏🏼🌎❤️And we are.

I have always seen this analogy of the wicked witch of the west shriveling up and shriveling up, disappearing into oblivion as she melts away with each drop of water being splashed on her by Toto. Witch = Fear Toto = us Water = Love Our collective consciousness carries love and that is the fuel propelling the rebuilding of our new, beautiful, golden world. Knowing there are 22 wars going on, for me, helps me at least mentalize that magnitude of the chaos we are wading through and the mental fog that comes with it . At this critical time you have come to arouse the feeling in the hearts of all human beings to act for righteousness where ever there is feeling of evil n action to harm the humanity with destruction.
