Cuz just like cliff notes, most of the context, character building, scene depth, and meaning is missing. Should be pretty obvious there. That's like saying why put on a full face of makeup when just a little mascara should do. Sure, it might look fine, but more makeup would be nicer.

@@LiveEnd06 -- Context may be great, but when too much information has already been provided, interest in a story can be severely impacted. Without the desire to learn more, some audience members lack the motivation to commit their time, which is a precious commodity. I am one of those audience members. I love reading books and watching movies, but I rarely waste my time on stories that have already been laid bare for me in cliff notes or trailers that are too revealing, especially for works that I know beforehand are just for entertainment purposes and unlikely to be masterpieces. If I bother to pick up a cliff notes of a book, it's because I have zero intention of reading the book. You, unlike me, can do whatever strikes your fancy. If this is the type of trailer you enjoy and you haven't been put off by the trailer, enjoy your viewing.

ikr -_- Everything, even the final fight to the girl having the final hit is in the trailer.. this type of trailer should of been an minute. With tense and will she escape or won't she. I know everything that happens.. 2024 and STILL they show the whole movie in trailers -_-

There’s no way that’s true. With JK Simmons starring and it being Lionsgate, I’m 99% certain that what we saw in the trailer is just the tip of the iceberg. What they’re willing to reveal about it tells me that they have much more in store.
