One easy point to make IMO is that female born athletes at puberty start their monthly periods cycles. These can affect their performances even if medically suppressed. When transgender males start to have monthly periods as well, along with the other cyclic changes that female born athletes experience, then IMO there is some levelling out. However as Martina says, male puberty does give unfair advantages, and I would add that female puberty leads to unfair disadvantage for women being made to compete against transgender athletes. There will always be fundamentalists who will never see abortion as morally defensible but the vast majority of Americans will agree with laws which would allow abortion before the 12-15 week mark. Data also supports the fact that the majority would support carveouts for incest or rape and even perhaps for certain genetic fetal disease although that is an even thornier issue for many. I don’t think you will find many people outside of these deeply blue cities who find much agreement with those who defend abortion to the point of birth. There are not many countries in the developed world which allow anything even close to such a thing, most European countries fall between the 12-15 week window, even China prohibits abortion after 24 weeks.
