Figure out why you doubt yourself, whats the source. There was a start to these doubts. Doubting yourself isn't your personality trait. Because as a child you were fearless. And as you grew up you picked up doubts and unpleasant experiences. So what happened?

Doubt is always going to be there. The mind protects you~ but so much it doesn’t allow growth. ~ if your coming across anxiety or fear, it’s only due to the limitation you set on yourself. - in those times just tell yourself ~ fears become your limitations. Become the person you want to be : How you eat How you sleep How you exercise How you speak The way you talk to YOURSELF.

That voice of self-doubt is always going to be there. It comes when you're physically tired, mentally drained, hungry, distracted, etc. That's not you. We all have that inner bitch. It's not you. You're you when you're at your best. When you're well nourished, well rested, in good shape, you see things from an optimistic perspective of abundance. That's the real you. When you're in that mindset, that's when you make your life decisions and create plans of action. That's the real you.
