There are only 2 blue so the bottom blue is a mimic, which tracks because its telling on itself. Black box in middle left is telling the truth, thus it is the second mimic.

When playing Doubt a chest that is the only one of its color CANNOT LIE. It might be a mimic or non-mimic but it's always going to tell the truth. The initial puzzle should go, "Okay lone red chest says no mimics among black > open all three black chests in the first 2 seconds > Blue chest says "there is a mimic among blue", if there was no mimics among blue it woudn't be able to lie, and since there is a mimic among blue a blue chest telling the truth is a mimic > there's a blue chest saying a truthful statement that there are no mimics among black so that's also a mimic". 2 mimics found guaranteed nice and easy.

3 of the boxes all say: "There is no Mimic among the black boxes." You only have 2 Mimics maximum to find, so all 3 can't be Mimics, that's too many. All 3 are telling the truth.
