Young Thug's Old Friend DK Says His Crimes Had Nothing To Do With YSL

18 днів томуToday in the Young Thug YSL trial, Shannon Stillwell's lawyer Max Schardt questioned Walter "DK" Murphy about his crimes and their connections to YSL as a gang. Murphy said there's no connection.
Schardt is trying to account for the interview DK gave in 2015. This is after the April 12, 2015, shooting that injured Derek Montgomery and prosecutors say could have killed D'Angelo White.
He's trying to show that DK said anything to get a better deal and avoid the maximum sentence of 255 years.

It's a blessing that you don't understand what that means. No single charge carries a penalty of 255 years. He would have to be convicted of all the charges and they would have to be served consecutively. District attorneys always predict the absolute worst case scenario in order to pressure defendants to accept a plea deal.

Crazy how DK’s personal crimes that he served time for is being tied to Thug… He served his time just to get out of prison to face the same charges… This is complete fuckery… So far none of the states witness have proved Thug is calling shots… All i’ve heard was Thug was trying to help his low life friends & take them off the street and they kept committing crimes

@BleyBlair i mean i’ve been closely examining this trial and i can pin in different events where the state took things out of context to twist the narrative Example: Tinks own testimony said that Thug tried to get him to go on the road with him but he rather stay in the streets to make fast money… he also said that while living with thug he would literally grab the keys to any car he wanted to drive… Now we have DK on the stand saying how he stole money and thug kicked him off the tour and repaid the money that was stolen… do you see something other than what i see
