Because it’s hard to guard and scheme for someone of his caliber defensively Zion is a guy who can get buckets in between meaning he doesn’t need to be a number 1 scoring option etc you can run your plays for your shooter or whom ever and he will just catch a oop if play breaks down or quick slash to the basket via a back door cut a put back dunk or at the last second give him ball let him create so many grit and grind plays and this is what makes him special you don’t have to scheme a offense for him he will get his natural through being active

Lonzo's alley-oop passes to Zion are so perfect, they are a great duo. Ingram is also nice in that he can create his own shot, play make, & space the floor. This Pelicans team starting next season will be a consistent playoff team.

Ingram just needs to start being a better passer. I know his ego might be a little hurt because despite the fact that he was an allstar, Zion gets way more attention. However, he gotta know when it's time to shoot and when to just throw it up to Zion. I feel like BI missed several lob opportunities with Zion and kept trying to force the shot to no avail. That could be the Pels' downfall if BI doesn't become a better decision maker

LeBron is the main communicator on defense and their offensive carry so they're not going to give him the toughest matchup. He needs to be multitasking all the time.

This is precisely the reasons LBJ does not deserve recognition like MJ/Kobe/Leonard who not only sore on the offensive side but guarded the other team's best players. Mind you Leonard was guarding Giannis in last year's conference final. LBJ did not want to guard Zio because not only he was scared, but he did not want to be dunked on like Kuzma and looked bad. He opportunistic/calculative approach towards basketball is precisely the reason he will never be considered at the same level as MJ/Kobe (Leonard is on his way there if he could win a few more chips).

NO has this guy for a few years, what indication do you see that NO will put together a serious challenger before he splits for a team that is? Remember that other players pick and choose, and other teams are all vying for the same players. NO does not seem to be a desired destination for any of them. It's not like they can just pay a player more than another team with the salary structure in place, so what is the draw, because there hasn't been one yet. You don't need a crystal ball to see that.
