If you believe in God, invite Him to join your new journey, in every step of the way. Or just a loved one that you know he cares about you, wherever he is. The flaw in most comments is assumptions of what is to come. You may or may not have better days. Dwelling on the past or anxieties of the future are a waste of time and energy. Just know whether you are meant for better or worse things, it will pass so quickly and be insignificant in terms of duration to the vast passage of eternity and existence of all dimensions and planes of existence.
