Putting the cost aside, how different is the storage under the cover when we compare a P3v3 ASP vs an ASEv3? If we running multiple workloads we are seeing a limit to the underlying storage acutally, I assume that the ASEv3 can handle higher iOPS etc yeah? Any clarification on this?

@MicrosoftAzure :- Hi MS Team Hope you all are doing well I am an enthusiastic fresher data engineer. I want to create a data engineering project by taking a one month free subscription on Azure Cloud and show that project on my resume. If my one month free subscription on Azure Cloud expires and the resources get exhausted, will my data engineering project disappear or I will not be able to see it? Can I still show my data engineering project on my resume and the company can see it even after my one month free subscription on Azure Cloud expires? Thank you so much
@MicrosoftAzure19 днів тому
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Your subscription and services are disabled when your credit runs out or expires at the end of 30 days. To continue using Azure services, you must upgrade your account. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does Microsoft Azure have any AI-free channels we can subscribe to? ... not that it isn't interesting, but geez, 4/5 of everything on the Azure blogs and online in videos is about AI. Most of it useless.

This video seems super simple and explains the logic but misleads the understanding the correct concept. In modern authentication code flow, token is requested and responded through the back channel. That means, Browser is actually getting the authentication code (which is for getting the token) then sending the code to the Web site. After that Web site is requesting the token from Idp with authentication code+client secret in a POST request in a back channel. Back channel means not using the Alice's browser but direct request from Web site to Idp.

I create a project from existing azure database but when i publish with emulator to local, the tables are empty. Why is that happening?
@MicrosoftAzureМісяць тому
Hi there! The SQL project contains a definition of the objects but not the data within the objects. Projects can be iteratively deployed (you can make updates to the project, then publish again to your local database) without impacting data that exists in the database, but a publish of the project won’t populate data unless you add a post deployment script to insert some sample data.

It's cool but what about components of my App Service? For example if it uses OpenAI, how to load test it properly? Is there some "mocked" OpenAI models available for load testing? I can't test app with real connection to OpenAI it is too expensive

Seatbelt + airbag analogy is great 😆 Is the backup center or business continuity center the best way to see the current status overall? What's the best single pane of glass view?
@tech-with-inderМісяць тому
What if it all is written as code? Do we still need this backup feature?
@MicrosoftAzureМісяць тому
Hey there, and thanks for asking! We address that precise question in the episode. In brief: Yes, maintaining a backup for AKS remains wise, even when everything is coded. Why you may ask? Because there could arise situations where restoring specific k8s objects becomes necessary, and if you're employing GitOps, it's crucial to back up elements such as secrets and the GitOps setup as well. Feel free to watch back the episode again for more details! 🙂
@Tony-dp1rlМісяць тому
@@MicrosoftAzure This makes zero sense, as when everything is "coded" you are deploying the same objects. We have zero need for this product, but I am sure someone out there needs it. Whoever it is probably has bigger problems to solve though.
@kuzmajacekМісяць тому
Vast majprity of the explanation is how Kerberos works in AD environment and is not so modern 😂 I was hoping for more details about modern authentication - components, how to toam ot between non-persistent clients etc

Hmm ... the initial DNS has to point to an IP in a region somewhere, and then get load balanced elsewhere. If that region is down, you are really in the same boat as you were with DNS traffic management. hmm ... odd.
