How do you like your manticore? Do you prefer the M8 coil more than the stock coil. I'm starting to prefer smaller coils on the beach. It's allot less digging easier separation. Better in the surf then larger coils.

New to your channel. Been watching I Dig Daytona. Been thinking about getting a metal detector. Still thinking about it. Right now living on Southwest coast of Florida but moving to Greer South Carolina in June. I guess metal detecting on the South Carolina beaches is out. The ocean is a good 4 to 5 hrs away.

I got a similar coil for my garrett and it really is good around old house sites with lots of iron. I didn't notice much loss of depth but it separates the objects nicely. Have fun!

Great finds. This spring we got to go up to my mountain in Tennessee

I just got my M8 coil this week, i had been looking everywhere for one and was hesitant of pre orders after the mess I got into waiting on my Manticore. I found a metal detecting site called Outlaw Metal Detectors, they are veteran owned and they had several in stock. I ordered it and they shipped same say. The M8 is a game changer, very sensitive and great at trashy sites.
