Son hábiles artesanos manuales, eficientes y excelentes trabajadores pero es triste ver las lamentables y deprobables condiciones higiénicas y laborales en las que desempeñan sus trabajos. Son excelentes artesanos muy calificados, muy responsables y lo malo de esto también demasiado explotados y sobre todo mal pagados y quizás sin recibir algunas prestaciones de ley tales como Seguro Social, Aguinaldo, Utilidades, Vacaciones pagadas, Incapacidad laboral pagadas, Pensión Vitalicia por tantos años laborados en la fábrica y otras regulaciones laborales y sanitarias. Estos excelentes obreros de estas fábricas hindúes se merecen más que un aplauso o un reconocimiento en papel, se merecen mejores ingresos salariales, jornadas laborales de nueve horas máximo al día con una hora de descanso para tomar sus sagrados alimentos y trabajar cinco días únicamente de lunes a viernes y no emplear a niños o niñas menores de edad. Deberían de recibir un mínimo de cien dólares americanos por día laboral pactado mediante un contrato laboral legal obrero-patronal creado ante el Ministerio Laboral Hindú (tal como se hace en México) para garantizar el debido horario laboral, prestaciones de ley y el salario o sueldo a devengar. Esos excelentes trabajadores hindúes merecen vivir bien como en los países desarrollados. Mis felicitaciones hermanos hindúes desde México.

This is the sort of workshops we need in the UK. They are able to overhaul and reinstate parts, but the Government has targeted this sector right down to Taxes and parts allowed into the country. So therefore one has to be able to have a internal bits manufacturer whom also get targeted. The Government is to blame for all these type of workshops closing down.
