I really like the saxdors. I’m not a boater though, so my opinion must be taken with a grain of salt. Not for the thrill ride, but for the comfort. My desire leads me to boating in comfort for distance. I believe the 428L tank allows for 180KMs, oh how i wish electric motors, solar panels and batteries were advanced.

I really like this boat. Spacious, and comfortable looking in all aspects except for the poor crew people! Wow those crew beds look like they might be 24 inches wide. They will need to hire very skinny crew! The boat has an amazing feel. Love the design, and I think the single helm station is so smart. Saves on cost and space too. The boat I used to own had upper and lower helms and I never once drove it from the lower helm. It was a total waste of equipment and space. I have seen a few other yachts with that upper deck being partially closed off, and I have thought I would enclose it entirely like they did here. Great tour. Thanks you!!!

I've a couple of earlier CWs and looked at the earlier c63 but these days the have gone in a different direction. This is pretty awful with the Omega style dial, it's the reason I don't own an Omega. The 120hr reserve is a bit like having a car that does 200mph, just playing top trumps but absolutely pointless.

Some strange layout choices. Great boat, with so much space. But, a helm station in the middle of a mini galley. A dining table and galley in the middle of what is so obviously an “old” helm station. They could have integrated the areas and functions a little better I feel, especially at that level of cost.

This is a racer! We’ve got the SU23 since 6 years and still enjoying the absolutely safe and fast boating!

To the extent anyone are buying boats anymore, this one looks to be the Targa which could finally make a dent in the huge Med market. The other ones are great. Can be used year around with some care. But they are bit stuffy when it's hot, humid and sticky. This one, with the much larger side doors, rear door, 3 opening hatches, flybridge designed from the get-go for Bimini, joystick at rear, sunbeds instead of seating upfront and big seating space in the rear, Seakeeper... It's a Med boat now. A "proper" one, even :)

Really great to see this piece of history brought back to life. Although disappointing that some folk have chose to criticize certain aspects of the restoration, should think their selves lucky be able to see these great machines running. It is a matter of money and economics in running it. Anyway great work..

I'm not saying it's terrible or anything, but doesn't that forward section of the main deck seem a bit artificially crammed in? I suppose it'll work, but it definitely looks like an afterthought and not a natural fit. Having said that I think I like the layout. Maybe in the next hull design they'll design it with that in mind from the start and it'll be more cohesive.

The original MTB had the disadvantage to be driven by the petrol fuelled packard engines whereas the german e boats had maybach or daimler benz diesels. Petrol is much more flammable than diesel, so in an engagement with e boats the vospers were allways in danger to burn if hit. The e boats were in advantage

Presenter is mistaken about the main gun when he said it was a 3 pounder with an effective range of around 200 yards. The standard main gun on these boats were 2 pounders with an effective range of almost 4,000 yards (2 miles). An infantry man's rifle at that time typically had a range greater than 200 yards and this gun a much much bigger than that.

Always useful to have underbed and undersofa storage, especially when you get people not used to being on yachts and they bring hard sided luggage that doesn't compress or fold away. I worked on a yacht that used to unpack everyone's bags and transport it into cabins and then we left their luggage in a storage unit on the dock. We took now hard sided luggage since it was a 97' yacht and slept 8 people. Not enough room and the beds had no storage underneath. Ive seen .arger yachts stow bags inside the forward lockers, butmyou always habe to,worry about taking a heavy wave and the seal coming apart or the lid shifting and water getting in. Some designer luggage isn't sturdy.
