This is the closest Spider-Man has gotten to getting a mature take on the character outside the comics. We'll never see anything like this again because Disney owns Marvel now and by "mature" i don't just mean blood&violence but also the tone. Spidey here acts like the one from ultimate comics, he has that young-adult angst,brashness&pizzazz that we don't really get to see in other spidey adaptations. TASM is the only other adaption where we got to see that.

One aspect of super strength that they failed so many super heroes and villains with is, the fact that super strength in turn would also allow them to run really fast and jump high as hell (like with the hulk, he’s the only one done right), but like with juggernaut and even Disney mr. Incredible, they all run either at a normal pace, or slow as hell. But super strength isn’t just in your arms, not like they’d have super speed necessarily, but they’d still be fast as hell Even Spider-Man should be fast as fuck on foot because he’s got super strength, too, not that he needs it, homies op lol
