I've been through 10 of them, can't get any consistency. Batches must be bad lately.. it get triggers from the side sometimes, someone's the back, never repeatable events to trigger it. Tried more power, less power, different length wires, in a plastic casing, in the open air, morning (75°F), afternoon (90°F), in different humidy (65% - 90%), fast approach, slow approach... Nothing triggers it consistently... Very frustrating.

Elegoo is NOT a Amazon brand it is a third party brand that is just sold on amazon, there are SEVERAL generic clones on amazon. The board and all sensors and components are basically generic for all of these kits even Arduino, the only difference is the serial chip and programming sometimes.

Thank You so much for most comprehensive in depth review . As of May 2024 , I want to buy a accurate entry level DMM for SMD electronic component testing and measuring voltages . I have budget of $ 50 . Though looks stunning high tech sexy I am controlling myself not to go for colour bigger screen but will definately prefer backlight colour lcd . As my knowledge is limited I will prefer both auto /manual mode . I have read that kaiweet , multicomp , aneng , uni-t all are actually OEM products . Can you pls. suggest best suited reliable , sturdy dmm with best build quality . I will have to check whether it is available here in India as well as its not possible to import due to high customs duties. Thank you. Keep it up .My best wishes.

Ordered a couple today and all of them got dead. One of the diodes got glowing red the first time I plug them and then nothing. Could it be that I connect them without installing the drivers beforehand. I'm also using Ubuntu 24 to test them. Somebody? Thinking of asking for a refund to the Amazon seller cuz of the faulty diodes on it, but not sure if it was my fault.

Bit late but will see if this is read. I'm building one integrated into a design using TP4056, DW01a and 8205. All the posts I have read is that you can not charge while still under load. It effects the current monitoring of the TP4056. So need to either unplug the load or use a Mosfet, diode and resistor to automatically disconnect the load when charging.

The V15 has the biggest battery if all Boruit flashlight series. I have it, and the reason why I phased it out, is because it requires a quick double-tap to turn it on. No one, of the persons who I lend the V15 to, was capable of guessing how to turn it on. Beside this quirk, it is a good, durable light. The 1200 lumen turbo mode is a selling point more than an useful feature, because the flashlight is overheating and the battery depleted in few minutes. This V15 light is very useful in all other non-turbo modes...

Hello.. Liked - Subscribed Can you please tell me where the laser is located in a HP M750? I'm getting 2 streaks of faintness about 4mm wide and replacing all of the consumables does not fix it... So I am thinking debris might be on the laser parts. This started after a paper jam to the fuser. Thanks so much...

I love that quote "..you could have sold 10k$ worth of work when you did that oil change". Especially if it is an elderly women...ok I'm just kidding about that...but I'm listening as a guy who's into DIY electronics and who has worked in the industry since I graduated from ITT in 91', .I love electronics...since I was a kid in the 70s when my dad got me this' 250 in one electronics project kit' from Radio Shack..but I do hear a little grievance about wages... Mechanics make...everyone in every field thinks he/she should be making more money...that they put the blood sweat and tears into their work and what do they get for it?...well I'm gonna give you guys just a little piece of a poem I was once given....by Max Erhem...one of its themes is humility.. ".....if you compare yourself with others you may become vain or bitter for there will always be greater and lesser persons than yourself.....keep interested in your own career however humble, it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time...." What I got out of that in a way ..is that I should always remain humble and grateful...that there are many who do not even have what I have however modest it is ...On a side note and completely different subject ..I was told that Mechanics learn that electricity or current travels from positive to negative. Which is different than electricians and electronic technicians are taught...we are taught 'electron theory' that electrons are are negatively charged and go towards the positive terminal of a battery..but there is also 'hole theory' which says the opposite...anyways thanks for the uploads and interesting talk.

That AC measurement is definitely a ghost voltage, it's not really there. I wouldn't trust multimeters that don't do true RMS conversion, and which don't have a low-Z measurement function. If you looked at the 12V on a scope, I highly doubt there would be 4 volts of ripple, that would be verging on unusable, even if it disappears under some load.

You are reviewing a fake Makita battery. I don't see the point on analyzing whether it is balanced charged or not, since it is dangerous and can even explode not comparable to the original ones.

what are the readings of the small ceramic cap with a multimeter ?
@antibrevity
@antibrevity 19 днів тому
Nice solution and perhaps a metal shield or box could be built to contain the light a bit, but ventilation would be important and 3D-printed items would melt or worse. Incandescent lamps are good for this purpose as they radiate most of their energy away from themselves while power resistors are poor radiators... until they get so hot they fail. Julian would approve.
