Not really, Subaru has lots of different sufferings, he doesn't stick to just one, and an important fact is that the world continues after Subaru's death, all the deaths were real, the The world never restarted, Subaru was devastated when he discovered it, and this is just one thing about how great his suffering is and the burden he carries.

That’s also not to mention that he personally essentially killed every person who came back from the dead and was living happily for the sole reason that a Magic God wanted to break him. Subaru at least suffered less in comparison since he wasn’t betrayed (like in the Infinite Hells) iirc and instead had to suffer watching his loved ones die multiple times over (whilst Touma bears the burden of essentially being a mass murderer inadvertently and being constantly betrayed), also what sets them apart imo Touma has never had the peaceful life the NEET Subaru had and was always fighting or struggling to live; hell, he’s 15 and the entire events of OT->NT->GT happened within the couple of months he’s been conscious without memories. Subaru finding out about the world not resetting was imo still not that bad in comparison to Touma and everything he’s been through imo. I do think we shouldn’t compare sufferings of each characters since it has to do with the personal character development, but I also think objectively that Touma had it worse. Edit: Also I wouldn’t consider being betrayed and killed by anyone apart of Roswaal’s crew actually betrayal since from the start it has been Roswaal’s privilege to let him stay.
