I’m a musician who was born deaf in one ear. I’ve used the OSHA approved earbuds for years in venues where my in ear monitors didn’t make sense. They work really well, and there are even ones that are designed to block out certain frequencies. Take care of your hearing guys. Not being able to hear a conversation in a crowded room, or have a nice dinner date, or even go to a movie without being very picky about seating really sucks. Your future self will thank you.

I parked up for 3 days in a small country town in the carpark of their local park. Then 2 more nights in a Woolworths carpark, in a 40 foot vintage motorhome. In both cases, staff came to me to see if there was anything I needed. A couple of locals wanted to whine about me being in the Woolies carpark and got shut down by the manager. The carpark was big, about 1/3 full, and I was parked at the opposite end to the store, while everyone else was parked at least 50 metres away. Some arseholes just go looking for something to whine and bitch about.
