That was nice of her to give the famous dress designer Nolan Miller a shout-out!

Loved late night with Carson back then. He had the best guests and just his facial expressions could crack me up. Nothing even compares today!!

Carsons band totally fucked that song. The horns made it sound completely off. Wish he had thrown his guitar at them.

I don't know how old she was at this time, but she's sharp as a tack and shes so hilarious and fun! All the Hollywood Golden Years are gone and the phenomenally talented legends who made unsurpassed quality movies. I now refer to Hollywood today as the Hollywood Plastic Years where talent is optional. Sad how decadent Hollywood has become.

I had no idea how genuinely hysterical Betty Davis was. I wholly expected her to be an egomaniac bore. Turns out, shes egomanically hilarious! Love you Betty. You were THE greatest. I'm quite sure she'd agree! 😅😅 ❤❤❤

Boy, is this a blast from the past, I grew up in Sioux Center, Iowa. I was sixteen when this was broadcast, & when Baxter was there, but I knew nothing of him until years later. I'm sorry I missed him, he was a fine entertainer.

The two great actors loved Jack Lemon so versatile he could play a comedic role and in an instance do a complete turn a become a very serious actor such as Days of Wine and Rose, Save the Tiger. One of my ultimate favorite actors.

All the good ones have left and I personally miss the “classics”. ❤️ Thank all of you. You know who you are but you will NEVER know of my love for how greatly you enriched my life. I quietly observed your comedic-genius and your love for performing that you shared with us all. 💕🌅

I wish he had asked her about the languages she spoke: Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, English. He could have said: "Tell me I'm the funniest man you've ever met" in [foreign language]. That would have gotten a laugh, and been easy for her. Or "Tell me about working with Gregory Peck on your first movie, Roman Holiday." He wasn't well prepared, and she was not comfortable. Plus, she was not happy in her marriage to Dotti at that point, and Johnny kept asking about him. She clearly wasn't happy talking about him. A missed opportunity that night!

Maybe the saying “the good die young” explains why so many of these people who claim to be chosen by god like Danielovitch here, lived so long. 🤔
