a really good regression manhwa (at least i'd classify it as one) is one on webtoon called Hand Jumper. literally, it's just information warfare. the main character (so far) doesn't get any super overpowered power ups, she just uses her ability to turn back time (I think it's up to 10 minutes but I may be wrong) to get all the information she can and use it for her and her friend's survival.
