Coming from a business owner, step 2's sentences are incredibly horrible. They provide no value proposition. They are akin to promising someone a magic wand. The customer may ask: what does the wand do? You respond: It does magic. The customer asks: Ok, what magic? You respond: Well, whatever kind of magic we think of. The customer asks: Ok, tell me what the magic is. You respond: We can tell you what the magic is over a 4-figure/hour call. The customer responds: Dude, what?? You never know if the wand does something horrible, and you don't know if it does something good. Or maybe magic isn't real? That analogy is incredibly important when listening to a guru. Is the guru trying to sell you something by promising a general solution? Probably a bad person to buy from.
