You cannot talk about gnosis if youre discussing religion. Because it is NOT a religion.

I read quite a bit of "hard" science fiction as a teenager in the 1970s. However, I also read Tolkien, who apparently hated Dune, and I read Frank Herbert. Alas, in 1999, I converted from Christianity to 12er Shi'ite Islam. I don't think the first four books in the Dune series, but I did think of Dune as I was converting. As a Christian, I came to have trouble with the writings of Paul of Tarsus. The early Jewish Christian sects of Ebionites and Nazoreans and others appear to me to be true to the teachings of Jesus Christ. That's the big reason I started reading about Islam and became personally attracted to 12er Shi'ite Islam. These Jewish Christians took their bishops from the family of Jesus Christ. I truly believe that Muhammad never had an Imperialistic Caliphate in mind when he became the Prophet. I also appreciate Lotus Sutra Buddhism and some aspects of Vietnamese Zen. Does that make me a Zen Shia? (Smile) I enjoy you videos and appreciated this video. Thanks.

As much as i absolutely appreciate the effort put into this video of yours and others, and the work being top tier, i must point out one important thing. The video starts by giving an overly simplified narrative, calling it the classical Muslim narrative and then declares the Muslim scholastic accounts and literature as merely a way to legitimize Islam, giving no actual evidence of that. The video ends by reminding us of that overly simplified narrative and how that's far from accurate, giving the impression that we can now start to understand things when we move away from the classical narrative. But every fact that is given in between perfectly aligns with the classical narrative, as it's referred to, and even shows how it really is nothing like the over simplified version of it given in the beginning. So if we consider all that, i think it's a bit unnecessary to go out of your way and emphasize on the inaccuracy of the classical narrative and the merits of following a more western or westernized narrative, specially when the whole video doesn't really give an actual reason for that. It becomes something with a moral lesson to take away from instead of an otherwise brilliant informational video.

Mani, called Manichaios- with him the religion Manichaeian Gnosticism began... He was a Mahavatar of First Aeon Virginal Barbhalo. Due to transgression, perhaps his name should not be remembered or used- it is Barbhelo Gnosticism, with some Sagittarius, or Ruis flair. He was a Vi Guru, not a Sat Guru like Jeoasos. His religion was more nirvanian, therefore; was not directed chiefly to the Dayside Selves. Actually First Aeon Barbhalo has an higher attribution than the former god Christ, the same Density as the Unbegotten Ones, Jehovih and Mirotheos or Maat...

Nibiru, said by some to be the planet of Gnosticism- the planet Minerva could also be cited- is astrologically the planet of "Otherness". Nibiru translates as "Blazing", which might originate from the planet in that Aries aeon. :"Otherness" is a Key to Blessing, very much, for the Land's inhabitants; Other explanation of the nature of this land, method of acquisition and naming, and the race which inhabits, for example. Also, my recommendation to use an Other language and name for the land, to get out of a nasty race-rut. In Paganism, the gurus place emphasis on the development of an "Other" self; doubtless this is also the "Twin" of certain Gnosticism. In Taoism, the yoga is explained as the way to develop an Other Self, formed "Beyond the Nine Heavens"- in The Dreamtime. The god of planet Nibiru was Anu (Sumerian) or Mathonwy Old Aeon; currently, it is Ruhefezed (means Yoga Father). Ruhefezed is one of the gods who cursed the flag here, made through the most forbidden means. Currently, Nibiru is in Aries; Fearn is the Sign of this aeon. most like Aquarius of 12. lt is true, at its perihelion to our planet, anciently it portended great evil, or misfortune. This is not true today at all, and I don't think it even has a significant perihelion....

The Gnostic religion, best seen as a different, of 13, from Christianity. They go very well with the 13 Oghams- the Sign of Christianity Old Aeon was Duir; New Aeon, presently, Tinne... most like Cancer in the Zodiac,, both aeons. The Sign of Gnosticism was Coll, Old Aeon; now and New Aeon generally, Muin. Muin is the "extra" Sign to make 13 out of zodiac 12. The tree of Muin is best Labrador Novel Pine. The Gnostics for one thing wanted a "bigger piece of the pie", socially- they created a form of the religion which used the names of the Christian gods, Christ and Barbhelon or Marah, when in reality they had attunement with the two Parallel nordic gods, Necewef and Viraj- also today a Redeemer and Saviour respectively in Gnosticism, and in Paganism. Only two religions of these 13 can have dispensation today, Pagan or Animist, and also Gnostic- all of the other of 12 (Christianity alone was removed; the gods Christ and Barbhelon removed before 500 A.D. in reality) are only for Parenter Types. One can learn from their texts, of course... Coptic is best attributed as a Celtic language; the Gnostics were Gael Celts, the same as the Celts of Athelingia (called Brittany formerly), France. Translation problems include using the word "Demon" where Elemental is the best word (very good entities, similar to angels); The word Androgynous with which there is typically a small conceptual problem- no one can have the Sign of both sex genders at the same time. Outherie is a correct word for that; in Cymric, Uonefy. Outherie comes from the language of Nepegoxebem, Persian Aryans- race which came here from Fensalaer, like the Hyperboreans and Sumerians. The Sign of Mirotheos, the First Person (also called Parthelon), was not Outherie, but less like female as understood by the Second Race. Another word, Ialdabaoth, means the god of a Dimension one higher than that of the Creator god/goddess; his consort is Hylic Saphaeiah- completely unrelated to the evil Samael. *The Dreamtime* is a term in Paganism for that proto or pre-existential...

In all the traditions from Egypt to Assyria, the stories trace back to the stars. With Jupiter usually proclaimed as king. (Marduk, Zeus, Osiris). The breast plate of Aaron brother of Moses in the Bible contained 12 stones, each one different, each corresponding with one of the 12 zodiac constellations.

Interesting how the descriptions of these experiences correlate to modern day accounts of near death experiences. Plato actually writes about about the soldier Er who seems to have had a near death experience. There are even those who suggest that John the Baptist was temporarily drowning people to induce near death experiences. There's no way to prove what John the Baptist was actually doing but there had to have been something more than just dunking people in water. Despite all the different methods of inducing esoteric experiences and all the different ways different schools of thought have expressed them through the ages, there does seem to be an underlying similarity to the outline of a generic NDE. That makes sense when you consider there is probably only one ultimate reality despite the many paths to it and the variety of ways to interpret it and convey it through limited human understanding as moderated by culture.

in Sunan Abu Dawood Narrated Abdullah Ibn Abbas: The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) said: Every intoxicant is khamr (wine) and every intoxicant is forbidden. If anyone drinks wine, Allah will not accept prayer from him for forty days, but if he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he repeats it a fourth time, it is binding on Allah that He will give him tinat al-khabal to drink. He was asked: What is tinat al-khabal, Apostle of Allah? He replied: Discharge of wounds, flowing from the inhabitants of Hell. If anyone serves it to a minor who does not distinguish between the lawful and the unlawful, it is binding on Allah that He will give him to drink the discharge of wounds, flowing from the inhabitants of Hell. WE dont interpret the Quran as we like but as the Prrophet of Allah told us

If Iran gets out of the hands of the Islamic government, you can be sure that there will be many Iranians who will change their religion to Zoroastrianism. Why don't they do this now? Because the punishment for leaving Islam is death, and Iran's religious government does not allow this.

Your researches on religion are excellent. Can you please talk more about Ismailis, Shirk and its foundations. Agakhan does a lot for humanity and is a spiritual leader but a few people on u-tube and social media’s have negative things to say about Agakhan and Ismaili beliefs. Unfortunately a lot of doubts are being created on who to pray to and much more. It would be nice to get more clarifications and who should one pray to and ask for help - would it be to Allah, Agakhan or who else. God bless for conveying your knowledge. There is so much to know and learn!!🙏🙏 Thank you.

At the beginning you speak of our perception of a dry 'western' form of religion as opposed to the highly spiritual 'eastern' form of religion. What we are perceiving is not a difference between 'western' Christianity and eastern traditions like Buddhism, but rather our primitive 'western' understanding of our own very sophistocated Christianity, which most of us do not understand and only memorize and follow by rote memorization, and true understanding of any of the major religions, including Christianity just as much as Buddhism or Hinduism. But Christianity is not Philosophy 101. Christianity is advanced graduate-school-level stuff. Very hard to understand from a skeptical, scientific point of view. Buddhism in particular is much easier to pick up and understand from a skeptical modern point of view. Learn Buddhism, Hinduism, Sufism and Taoism, and then come back to the Psalms and much of the Book of Isaiah, for example, or witness a traditional Catholic or Orthodox service. At some point it will come to you, and you will realize how wonderful that religion we have taken for granted really is. Because most of us here in the 'west' never knew it at all. Not on the level of true understanding. Virtually everything spiritual in Tolkien comes from traditional Catholic Christianity, which he was one of the relatively few who gained a true understanding of here in the 'west', re-stated in terms of Germanic mythology.

Existence is necessary. No matter what 'first cause' you identify, you can never have confidence that you have actually identified the first-ever-thing. So while it may be necessary for there to be an uncaused-cause, it is impossible for us to identify it, making the entire question very pointless.

Appreciate the flow of this brilliant presentation and your openmindedness to all these differing philosophies. To the 3rd controversial point I would say that God in the/its properest sense may not have direct knowledge of particulars except _through_ particular consciousnesses-namely via us and other created-beings similar to the chain of intellects that receive knowledge, shown at 52:41-it then being bidirectional; feeding-back to the Source-one good reason for Creation Itself.

during the Isra and Mi'raj (the Night Journey) of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the following occurred: When the Prophet reached the second heaven, the angel Jibreel (Gabriel) presented him with a choice between two vessels - one containing milk and the other wine. The Prophet chose the vessel with milk. Jibreel then said to him: "You have chosen the Fitrah (natural instinct). Had you chosen the wine, your nation would have gone astray."[3][4] This event is narrated in several authentic hadith (sayings of the Prophet). It demonstrates the Prophet's sound judgment and his preference for what is pure and wholesome, over what is intoxicating and harmful. By choosing the milk, the Prophet showed his commitment to the natural disposition (Fitrah) towards goodness that Allah has instilled in human beings. Bukhari
