You forgot the WD-40, and a second vehicle to help you move the turret. And your going to need to replace the fuel as it's old . But it looks like you got it started. Next is to get it moving . So replace all the seals , and repair or replace the internals of the transmission if required you boys seem to understand general maintenance well enough because things break when a military vehicle isn't properly maintained.

For those who do not know, this is a Chieftan tank, one of the older models. You can tell because of the barrel, there is no gas container, the Centurion has one closer to the turret, for the chieftan it is farther up the barrel and is a different shape, you can look at images if you want.
