I really enjoyed it this tv series is really pretty fun, i did find out great cast, acting pretty solid, just like bassd on fallout new vegas vidso game, look like so much better than recently marvel and dc comics movie.

OK... look... here's the thing with this movie. This is by no means an awful movie, but I'm not really a fan of it. I think it's a movie that's made exclusively just for kids, and only for kids. There's not a whole lot in it for grownups. A little bit, but it's clearly not trying to hit the adults as much as the kids. And again, it does that alright. It's just that... it does it with stuff that I've seen before in other animated films, and it just makes me wish that I was watching those other animated films. It's funny because it came out in theaters upon its original release, and you can tell that it's cheaper animation but at the time, it was worth being shown in theaters. Nowadays though... it looks like a direct-to-video film. And I understand why, cause that's back when people were still experimenting with computer animation, but early experimenting with computer animation just isn't as interesting as early experimenting with hand drawn animation. Something like Gerti the Dinosaur looks incredible, where as something like this just looks like crap. I can't get that much value out of it. As for the story, honestly, I think this was originally suppose to be a silent movie. Disney's Dinosaur was originally gonna be a silent film, but then Michael Eisner was like: "NO IT CAN'T BE SILENT! THEY NEED TO TALK!!!!!!!!!", and so they got a bunch of celebrities and thus we ended up getting that movie. I swear this is the same case because you could honestly put the film on mute, and still be able to understand what's going on. Honestly, the best parts of the film is when they don't talk. The opening sequence with the squirrel, the scene with The Mammoth seeing the cave drawings showcasing what happened to his family, the scenes with the humans traveling, not one word is uttered in those scenes. If the rest of this film was like that, than maybe I would've gotten more into it. Granted, I still don't know if I could say that makes it a classic by any means because again, the computer animation is still sort of cheap, but that would've at least made it a little bit more unique. But... since they did go the traditional route, and had the animals talk... it's not horrible, it's just... average. But yeah, is there anything terrible in it? No. Well... for the most part, John Leguizmo is sort of irritating. But at the same time, I get the feeling kids would probably enjoy him, so I can't really get mad at the film when it's clearly giving kids what they want. The baby in the film is not a very appealing baby. The rest of the humans look okay, but the baby just looks creepy. And of course, that's an issue cause the baby's suppose to be the emotional centerpiece of the film. I appreciate in the film that Dennis Leary doesn't do his typical thing where he tells a bunch of jokes, but at the same time, they don't really give him anything else to do either. He's just this guy who has a secret, and it ultimately ends up resulting in a liar revealed story, although thankfully, they do get past that part really quickly. In any other movie that uses the liar revealed cliche, the characters would be sulking around, feeling sorry for themselves. This movie thankfully doesn't do that. When the liar's revealed, they just move on, and I really appreciate this movie for that. Honestly, of all the voice actors in the film, Ray Romano is honestly probably the best. His voice fits The Mammoth very well. I think because we don't see his mouth, a lot of the focus is on the eyes, I think his voice helps in giving the character personality. And Ray Romano I think is often overlooked when it comes to his dramatic performances. I mean, yes, this is a comedy, but when he has to do the serious moments, he does a great job with them. And the lines themselves are very short, but he's still able to give them so much emotion. Aside from the squirrel, he was honestly probably the best thing about the movie in my opinion. But look here's the thing, I'm a 26 year old male whose gonna be 27 next month in 2024, talking about a CG kids film from 2002 that isn't Pixar. Am I really suppose to be a fan of this film? I just don't think it's meant for me. If it was a direct-to-video film, I'd probably give it more of a pass, but since it's a theatrical film... again, it's not horrible, but I can't really say it's good either. Bottomline, it just didn't interest me. But again, I get the feeling that there is an audience for it even today. Mostly kids, but I think there might be at least one adult that would get invested in it.

One thing you should give this movie credit for is that, even if you don't find the comedy in this movie to be funny, at least it's quick. It's not like an Adam Sandler comedy where when a joke is told, and it's bad, it's REALLY bad. You know, like you're put in a bad mood. To this movie's credit, it seems to determined to get itself over with that the jokes just sort of fly by. They never linger, there's no awkward pause, it's just sort of: "Joke, joke, joke, joke, joke", and then the movie's done.

Nice reaction video. I agree with you George Lucas in that while the I do think that in retrospect while things were better when he was in control of Star Wars, things weren't great either. George was arguably the one who started screwing up Star Wars with the special editions and while I don't mind the prequels (except Attack of the Clones) Star Wars really should have ended after the original trilogy was done. George has sold out since so it doesn't suprise me that he backs Bob Iger after selling Star Wars to Disney.

George Lucas may not have been the best when it came to doing dialogue but he knew how to craft awesome lightsaber battles and had a story that throughout that was consistent.

I remember watching this film a lot on HBO back in the day I do like the actually main theme score for this film I don't mind the cast yes your 100% correct about Brad Johnson being a discount Tom Berenger I do remember not minding him as lead in this very short lived action TV series in the late 90's called"Soldier of Fortune Inc" that was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer R.I.P to Mr.Brad Johnson. Yes Your also right about Glover's character in this film I do feel he was very great in his role in"Bat 21" with Gene Hackman which I also put above this film along with "Navy Seals" too yes they are way better written and made films then this one if they was airing this filn on cable or on TV I could leave it on playing in the background to check in to watch certain moments or scenes that stick out like Defoe's performance in the film as well. Yes we all know that the Star Wars sequels suck ass. However people have this mentality as if the prequels were any better. The prequels sucked just as much as the sequel trilogy. Just because the sequels were garbage it doesn’t make the prequels any better. George Lucas is a shit filmmaker and storyteller, the prequels are an example of that. Both suck

George Lucas wasn't perfect. But Star Wars was better when he was in charge.

The best parts of this movie were the flashbacks. I honestly tbink the film would have been stronger if the story was just in the past about what happened on the ship originally.

I'll be watching this playthrough like I did for the first one (didn't comment much cause sometimes idk what to say, just there for pure entertainment). I love the moments best when the game becomes tough for you. The best part of you comes out with the drive and rage that fuels you. Very fun/cool stuff.

Dusk is a good fun game. Non stop action like Doom
