This is NOT Tabata - I feel like nobody cares about accurate information anymore. Tabata = all-out-balls-to-the-wall intensity. Followed by short recovery-rest to go full-blast again. This is not it.

This is a really great little workout. I am 42 and was able to mostly do this. I was doing another huge channel's exercise videos and they were too easy, and the girl stops and talks all the way through, which is unnecessary. The great thing about these too, is you can do a few of the 5 minuters through out the day. Anyhow, God bless you! You are gorgeous! Love in Jesus Christ, Angela

Hi Coach Kate madam! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda cans for weights but could not even last 4 minutes when my arms completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 8 kg and even 10 kg dumbbells and did this full lesson powerfully! She has tremendous power, thick muscles, and strength in every possible way and dimension! I feel really low and defeated

This is definitely for all women and men. After a workout, “broken” is the state you want to achieve and is intended. If you don't give your body any incentive, it won't change. Set your goals so that you can achieve them - a good measure when training with dumbbells is to use the dumbbells with which you can do 5 repetitions. Train with it - always as much as you can manage. Over time you will see that the number of repetitions increases - once you have reached 10, increase the weight to the value with which you can do 5 repetitions. - and so on... it's called maximum strength training.

@@fitkate396 Thank you for your encouragement, Coach Kate ma'am! I will try your lesson again later in the week! I tried lifting with soup cans. They are 400 g cans! I managed 4 curls with it Kate ma'am before my arm felt really ache and could not manage any more. Should I try your lessons without any weights until I can last the entire lesson? My MIL used 10 kg as dumbbells! I really want to build strength and feel self-esteem in front of my MIL! As a man, I wand to have strength and endurance! Is it possible I can also have biceps like you have? I will look at your other lessons you sent!

Yes, you can do all the exercises while standing, only the "concentration curls" are a little different - slight squat position and place your elbow in the knee area and then do the curl

The answer is simple - I do it in my free time. Production at this level is complex. This video in particular is actually a step forward for more content. I have replaced the usual 1MIN videos and am now trying to produce 5 or 10 minute videos twice a week. I'm definitely going to step up - what do you think is a good duration for a follow-alog video? Can there be repetitions in the video? Something like I show a group of exercises and then I repeat that 3 times? Let me hear your opinion...
