Hey Paws a good way to control the habitats with their hunger/cleanliness is if you make each one its own workzone and assign a keeper to each one Ive found doing that ive never had to worry about hunger or cleanliness and the staff feel less worked because they are only looking after 1 habitat and then id have one extra keeper per section who who essentially almost act as a supervisor and help make sure each habitat is being looked after

You've done a good job for your start mate. Personally I set up a sawmill at least a temp use one, before a tannery as I get it to do a couple planks so I can upgrade the storage building & the hitching post so I can buy another Ox. Then close it down & move the family onto the tannery until I get more people in. After getting the Ox for 20 I then tend to find the two homes with the largest back yards to put veggie patches in for a bit of extra food. Probably not the best thing to spend it on but I find it helps out just that little bit. Provided it's done at the right time of year lol Good luck with your ran, hope you enjoy the playthrough.

With the keepers, I think it'd be a better idea no place one, maybe 2 keepers in charge of just the Exhibit animals that way u don't keep having the issue of the cleanliness of the exhibits being so low

cant express enough how much i appreciate the way you commentate on games!! i usually avoid videos of people playing games ive never heard of because i have autism and it's easy for me to get lost/overwhelmed with new things but that's never been an issue with your channel (which introduced me to planet zoo and jurassic park, both games i didnt know much about before watching your series and now have played dozens of hours each). i really like how you take the time to explain mechanics. even smaller things like the king's road being undeletable is rlly nice!!! idk if it gets tedious in games like planet zoo where you often repeat what key-binds youre using (also amazing tysm) but the effort is *really* appreciated. the accessibility of it all is something i really love about your videos. im looking forward to this as a series and any other games you decide to put on the channel!!! :D

Ik this video is 2months old but personally I would have divided the 2 habitats differently and would have created a rock wall sort of thing in between and basically make it look like they share the habitat

Looking forward to this! Manor Lords looks great... I just wish someone else besides me was sticking with Farthest Frontier for a while longer. It seems a lot farther along than Manor Lords at the moment, and I'm enjoying it... but I don't know if I really know what I'm doing or not.

How many day/night cycles are in a year? Also: indigenous peoples in North America used animal brains to tan hides as nearly all North American mammals have a brain large enough to tan its own hide (bison were an exception). That sounds a lot more pleasant than an amalgamation of villagers' urine
