Playing it safe and overcommitting are great mechanics to pair with the punishing nature of Degenesis. It gives so much agency to your actions while maintaining a constant risk element of either botching or failing to meet the requirements of the roll.

So sad I could not go to Lucca, I can't wait to get my hands on the awesome game and lore!!!

Saw this game at GenCon and the minis looked awesome! The guy at the booth said the minis will be made with hard plastic (hips or abs), but now with CMON in the picture, I am afraid it will be their famous PVC, which would be a bummer
