My story of sleep paralysis: Ok so the last time I got sleep paralysis that I remember I didn’t really have a creepy shadowy figure but I do remember the thing looked something and sounded like Mickey Mouse, after not trying to move AT ALL, it said that if I don’t do anything he’s gonna destroy my town I didn’t know what he he was talking about but I started trying to move anyway and I think moved just a tiny inch ( pls don’t hate I’ve been doing this every time I get sleep paralysis) but after a short while I woke up and you probably didn’t want to know my life story but here you go

This happens to me randomly almost every year lol… hehehe-

The reason of Sleep Paralysis is because of you waking up during your REM Sleep, (Dream Stage. which is when you sleep and your body is stiff so you do not act them out.) Scientist do not know how the body does this. Most commonly you will see a scary figure. sometimes it'll be a fun thing like a unicorn [that happened to me] so just, hope ur dreaming well
