And there is no such thing as neutral undertone! Tone, yes, undertone, no. It's either cool or warm. I swear people confuse tone with undertone all the time. Foundations are based on tone, not undertone! My foundation has to be neutral, even tho my undertone is cool, because foundation has to match the first, most visible, layer of your skin... And then, on clothes, hair, other makeup products even, you harmonise with your undertone because, overall, the undertone is going to decide what makes you shine and what makes you look dull. I believe this confusion comes from the makeup industry using the word "undertone" for everything, but the word speaks for itself... It's the tone that is under... Literally.
