Yeah the potty is not ideal. I think I would go poop outside. I would just take that cover off the stove. I mean do you really need it? Since you have done a fine job with the build it would seem to me it would be pretty easy for you to remove it. I have a propane stove in our home. It does not have a cover. It's nice because I have a gorgeous tepot I use for looks. It would look better without the cover in my opinion. It seems like a pita.
