Thanks for your review of this unusual entry in the lexicon of all things spicy! Haven't seen anything like this except at our local Chinese restaurant in a tiny jar with the world's smallest spoon sticking out the top. That is a homemade oil, and I think they're using plain old red chilis heated in oil for a period of time; something like that. Normally I'd eat it with good old BBQ pork fried rice, but it could go with so many different things. Until next time!
