Ok so I'm gonna dump my unprovoked theory on you guys When I saw the end I was like “Ok so Twilight will get her friends and save the day with the magical rainbow laser” but then I just thought to myself “Wait no these are sins you can't kill a sin.” But you can counteract a sin because the seven heavenly virtues exist and then I started to make this theory. I think the elements of harmony are meant to represent the seven heavenly virtues I'll list the Virtues here Charity Humility Diligence Chastity/Purity Temperance Patience Kindness I don't feel like kindness needs explanation. Charity is another word for the act of being generous. It's a stretch but I think honesty could be humility because it's a fact in life that people are gonna be upset when you tell the truth but at the end of the day you are being modest in self, which is the definition of humility, Diligence is harder to place but I think it could be laughter because diligence is linked with people who have decisive work ethic, are steadfast in their beliefs, and don't give up. Say what you will about Pinkie Pie but she does have a good work ethic and never fails to try and solve things with smiles and laughter. Chastity is refraining from lustful activity but it can also be loyalty to a significant other. Like diligence, temperance was extremely hard to place but I think magic would be a good fit because of Twilight's personality. Temperance is known as self discipline Twilight does learn how to do that she learns from her mistakes and does her best to fix them and make sure they don't happen again. However temperance is also categorized as emotional regulation, throughout the last season Twilight has to deal with lots of traumatic moments many of which she is not ready for, but it's her friends that act as the emotional regulator in her mind as she would do anything to protect them. But this is just some random theory I came up with at 5 in the morning so who knows if it's true
