this solves the issue at UK Mercedes dealerships of the apprentice not tightening the bolt afterwards. I know someone who had it happen TWICE on his high end machine and had to sue the dealer both times to get the engine replaced. They tried to claim in court that it was his responsibility to check the bolts (under a cover of course) before driving it away. Judge really wasn't happy about that one...

I worked for a European auto company and they recommended Citric Acid and water as an engine flush. Citric acid is in natural dishwasher detergent. I would drain the system, fill with fresh water, add the citric acid to a glass with water then take the car for a drive. Come back drain and flush the system with water. It is a lot less caustic than coolant flushes on the seals and gaskets especially on cars with multiple metals being used in engines. I used it recently for my old Dodge and it worked great with no side effects.

I tried this with mine and it wouldnt work because if what the guy who owned the car before me did. I actually ended up hitting it with a tourch and deep penatrating lubricant and a hammer for several hours before it would come off because the dumb shit who owned it before me used some sorta adhesive on the hub.
