I really don't trust paramount studios handling sonic franchise

Honestly… after following the original Japanese scripts for Shadow’s storylines he appears in, I’m starting to no longer agree that Shadow has been mischaracterized. His character has been fairly consistent but the actual problem is he hasn’t been given an interesting story since Sonic 06. Even reading the Sonic Channel story with Shadow gave me a better understanding of him. I recommend following Windii’s translations, her work has been very insightful. For the “Team Dark aren’t friends” it’s more that their relationship is unspoken, having strong mutual trust and aligning themselves when they have similar goals.

I loved this series it was cool.

My counter argument to every "Forces level design" accusation is that every extended linear part of the level design shows Doom's eye either talking to Shadow or approaching from the distance as if he's about to talk to Shadow. If you look at the wall boosting part of the trailer where it just looks like a straight like you can see Dooms eye right about to come up and talk to Shadow. Seams in the level design for more detailed character animations during dialogue is step up from the voice communicators we got in Forces so it's a W in my book

Sonic Movies being compared to Avengers being the endgoal? I joked about it before, but now I'm wondering if there's a chance they're building up to a movie about the Sonic Heroes. At the end of Sonic 2, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles, mentioned founding a new order of "Heroes" The intro to Knuckles has the Drumset of the Garage Door band segment say "Team Sonic" on it, as though that's what they're calling the group/band. On a possibly related note, the Owl Tribe ruins in Siberia has Babylonian runes for some reason (a band of Emerald-stealing, feathered Rogues from Babylon... Where have I heard that before? 🤔)

Here's the thing about the Knuckles miniseries. I enjoyed it. I'll start there. That said, it is obvious that it was filler and that they were playing it safe, and this is likely because they genuinely didn't know how well the show would do. So what I would say going forward is this. This is something that they can get away with once, because I know they weren't sure how it would do. I understand that. But now that they know people will watch these spinoffs, this can't be the way they do them every single time they make one. The next one has to involve the game characters a bit more, and most importantly, *it has to be important to the main plot of the series and not just filler*. If I was in their position, I would be looking at what Kingdom Hearts does with their spinoffs and how they work each and every one of them into the main plot of the numbered titles. Whether you love that series or hate it is irrelevant. They know how to do this and they're really damn good at it. If the Sonic movies are going to have more of these spinoffs, then they can be done in the same manner, making them matter just as much as the movies.

The real question is: What kind of humor the people who hates it like? Because if I remember well we got a decade of absolute awkward and cringe comedy content starting with Sonic Colors and it ultimately made EVERYONE flee that franchise except for that tiny minority who laughed at stupid lines like ''Baldy Mcnosehair'' and ''no copyright can't stop me''. Is this the kind of BS these people are into and if yes, why we'd care about what they think? I know the Sonic franchise very well and to get what is happening you must accept these facts: 1: There are two majors factions that will never get along when we talk about the direction of this franchise; no middle ground is possible. 2: You must always focus on what these criticisms actually imply For example: I bet many of those who say this is a Wade show and yadda yadda are actually rejecting the presence of humans and secretly wish that the SCU leaves earth to explore more owl shit. The SCU has evolved a lot since Sonic 1. The first movie had an insecure vibe in it and is the weakest of the bunch but now we feel they found their mark and i'm glad they are targeting normies. I want Sonic to be cool and fun, the least they talk about owls, the better it is. Keep it grounded and I hope they'll continue their Regular Show humor with a lot of dude bro macho silliness and 80-90s tropes!

The knux show is good. But it's a click bait. I enjoyed it but as a review for a "knux" show, it's a 3/10 but as a show without being advertised as a knux show. Ez 8/10.
