Do you think these events could play out in the multiverse? YES and No. the whole point of he multiverse is anything that can happen will and has happened. There are endless versions of the heroes winning, there are endless versions of Thanos winning and there are endless versions where they all sit down and play scrabble. However Strange only sees 1 victory when there should be many, suggesting 2 reasons why. Either 1. Thanos was right and strange saw that his snap was required to set the universe on the right track or 2. At this point in our time line Thanos had created a reality where the gauntlet could not be removed from his hand. I like to believe both 1 and 2 are correct. This would explain why Thanos toys with them at the fight on Titan
