Regarding the very last part, I am pondering over that question for a while now. If we notice new content in our field of awareness (sensations in our toe) did that just start or was it going on all the time in the background. In other words, does experience of something exist independently of us experiencing it. Was the toe tingly before we focvussed on it? I think this one of the most fascinating questions in the universe. Does the tree falling over in the forest makes a sound if no-one is there?

I disagree that maths is timeless. Maths is phenomenal and therfore cannot exist without spacetime. You need time in order to count, you need time to compare a legnth to another, and so on...

Minerals energetics and chemicals, nematodes, bacterias, fungi, plants roots. Its really amazing interactions and sharing and interchanging things.

Because i of this guy ive learnes about him in the last 5 week my chronic anxiety has gone the paranoia the self consciousness i feel safe in my body and my nervous system feels like its in the rest and digest function agter 30 years.
