My partner and I are planning on having three more. He has a daughter from a previous marriage. One those 3 pop out I'm getting a hysterectomy but keeping my ovaries. I'm not fucking around and finding out. Also, as someone who grew up in the LDS faith, I agree with many of these people. Your children are not your babysitters. They did not sign on to have more siblings. If you want more kids, then so be it. But hire help. Don't push that responsibility onto your kids.

There are doctors who know how to help women with PCOS have babies. Also, look into low carbs/high fats KETO diets. Many do better with that.

I'm seeing more and more of big family positivity on social media with really young mums and tbh I think realistically the max amount of kids a family of 2 can have without going into emotional deficit for those kids is 3 maybe 4 when those kids are close in age. If you wait 5 or 6 years and then have another one you can take good care of all the kids if you want a larger family but you should definitely wait.

Go ahead. Be selfish. Your kids will hate you for it.
