Also, the newest New Flyer XD40s have the exact same fleet numbers as the 30-ft Orion Vs from all orders including the 1998 order, the 1999 order, and the 2002 order (which were often on the Reston Internal Bus System routes that I grew up seeing) in addition to previous New Flyer Xcelsiors having the exact same fleet numbers as all of their 1985-1991 Orion Is, 1994 TMC RTS', 1998-2000 Orion V 40-fts, and 2002 Orion V 35-fts.

Tough luck bud, all the 2007 D35LFRs have been officially retired last month along with the 2007 D40LFRs, 9713 is still active but it hasn’t been tracked since 2 weeks ago this month. And for the Orions, 9782 was just out earlier this morning while 9787 could likely be in the shops atm.

I actually like that Fairfax Connector buses can go to both, the Annandale and Loudoun campuses for Northern Virginia Community College. I also like how Fairfax Connector now has more routes to Loudoun County going to destinations other than Dulles Airport.

I like this route a lot because it makes a connection to not just one, but two colleges. In this case, it makes a connection to George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College Annandale Campus.
