I do these on my breaks at work and my goodness does it help! I sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and I could feel my body start to breakdown and my bones and muscles becoming concrete and painful. This has even helped my arthritis in my knees. What a lovely health fairy Yuuka is! Thank you!

66歳です。3日目です。 最初はすごーくめちゃくちゃ。 手と足がバラバラ。 今は少し乗れてきて、深呼吸の時の腰振りが止まっちゃう感じ。 ノンストップでノリノリ、かつゆうかさんぐらいの腰振りができるようになりたいです。 とーちゃんに笑われても、これ大好き❤💕 頑張ります!

For your height and age, your weight is normal. Especially since you are in your growing stage, you shouldn’t restrict your diet a lot. All you should do is prevent having junk food such as fast food and carbonated drinks, and try to keep snacks healthy! Instead of sweets and crisps, stick to a healthy sandwich, fruit or crackers. Don’t worry about your large meals because you are the best weight for your age and height.

Foods rich in these nutrients include lean meats, fish, dairy products, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. However, genetics plays a significant role in determining height, so focus on a balanced diet rather than specific foods solely for height improvement. So sometimes even if you eat these foods you won’t see a difference because genetics play a big role. You can also do stretches that help increase height! There are many on YT
