I do these on my breaks at work and my goodness does it help! I sit behind a desk for 8 hours a day and I could feel my body start to breakdown and my bones and muscles becoming concrete and painful. This has even helped my arthritis in my knees. What a lovely health fairy Yuuka is! Thank you!

For your height and age, your weight is normal. Especially since you are in your growing stage, you shouldn’t restrict your diet a lot. All you should do is prevent having junk food such as fast food and carbonated drinks, and try to keep snacks healthy! Instead of sweets and crisps, stick to a healthy sandwich, fruit or crackers. Don’t worry about your large meals because you are the best weight for your age and height.

However, genetics plays a significant role in determining height, so focus on a balanced diet rather than specific foods solely for height improvement. So sometimes even if you eat these foods you won’t see a difference because genetics play a big role. You can also do stretches that help increase height! There are many on YT
