MJJC the foam is too thick and heavy, it drys off very quickly.
@geckolondon789421 годину тому
One thing I noticed recently when looking at polishers, is they never mention how loud they are. If you but other power tools, you can always find the dBA noise rating - but not for polishers!

Great video Heather, I'm also a big fan of Koch Chemie pads and compounds. I think it is the way they've colour coded so you can easily match compounds with pads depending on the requirement / vehicle. I've also used Menzerna but find the Koch Chemie range doesn't generate as much dust. I've been using them with a DAS6 Pro machine which is a similar price to the In2Detailing machine and also achieved some great results.
@AutoCareHQДень тому
Thanks Neil! I’ve not tried the Menzerna range but that’s good to know, probs will stick with KC and Scholl!

Fantastic review, very in depth which answers a lot of questions beginners would ask. Great to see as always linking the products 🤟 Using a forced rotation Vertool one thing to add to your information is that the majority of them spin to the left (i think Rupes is the only one that spins right) which takes some getting used to😂
@AutoCareHQДень тому
Thank you! Haha I reckon a forced rotation would definitely take me some getting used to 😂

If jet washer’s flow rate will dilute the end dilution then I can imagine you’ll need to fill ur snow foam bottle to the max without any water to get pir around 4%… if you’re using 600l/h flow rate jet washer. 😅

A great review Heather. I'm a bit hit and miss with regards to getting a polisher. Most of the people whose cars I valeting aren't too bothered about the paint finish being brilliant as their cars are getting old. Still, a good video. Thanks.

Hi Heather, Great video (as always). I for one would certainly appreciate the machine polisher starter kit video as I find the range of pad, polishes and compounds bewildering. No two manufacturers seem to be consistent in terms of what colour or type of pad is meant to do what!!

great video, i still use an old Maguire's DA from near 20 years ago lol. A video about good compounds and pads would be handy as im a little out of touch these days. just threw away my old compounds as they were Autoglym and over 20 years old lol. Only just getting back into the car detailing scene so your video are super helpful.

Hi Heather, another fantastic and very informative video. I've often thought about buying a polisher, but never actually got one yet. Judging by some of your facial expressions it requires intense concentration and I'm not sure that I'm up to that anymore. 😂

Great video as always, please keep this quality of video up. RANT INBOUND WARNING!! Nothing against other detailer videos but they dont give any details or experiences, recommendations or suggestions, they just say how good a product is and if they like it or not, wharas you do all of the above mentioned. Love the simple format and not just flashy advertisements. Easily the best detailer videos going, in my opinion way better than the big ones. Also congrats on 30k 🎉

Great video Heather , as always ... I have a well used DAS 6, id like to know if this worth an upgrade or if they are on par with each other ? ..I believe the Das 6 is a random.orbital with a 9mm throw ....picked it up off eBay many years ago and it was cheap butm I usually use Manzrerna products and chemical guy pads ....cheers
@AutoCareHQ2 дні тому
Thank you! I haven’t actually used a Das 6 tbf so I’m not too sure but honestly if you’re happy with that so far I’d stick to it. The DA15 is excellent but it’s expensive to make the change if you’re already pretty set up with your tools

read my mind Heather, im in the process of getting everything in i need to polish the car once the weather clears up. pairing up the polisher with sonax perfect finish and yellow rupes pads and then gyeon primer and white pads before applying gyeon Mohs. polishers being used will be SPTA corded and cordless DA polishers and the Maxshine mini cordless polisher. ive all the gear and no idea but it usually turns out ok lol

Congrats on your 30k well deserved in my opinion. I bought an Argos polisher and did try it once but I'm not sure how much good I did with it. I do have access to ones like that from John@M&K wax who as given me one to use when I went for a lesson and can borrow his at any time. I found that I didn't enjoy my experience due to the vibrations on the detailers machine but I am not sure which model he gave me. If I had enjoyed using it I would have asked I'm sure. I think to start out is really expensive i.e. Machine, Pads, Polishes Heavy, Medium, Fine, Panel wipe, Pad cleaner and then which compounds suit which paint types and I forgot a light and paint depth guage. No it is not for me but I wish I could as with a set of headphones with good tunes I am sure you can get lost in your thoughts and enjoy the experience of a mint car at the end.
@AutoCareHQ2 дні тому
Thanks for watching John 😊 Appreciate your thoughts too. Totally get that thinking, it’s an expensive set of equipment to invest in
