Hey guys, I am a young, stressed athlete, tomorrow I am playing a really important game in which I am the player who will have the most responsibility. Usually I can't sleep well in such occasions. Here I am, listening to these peaceful sounds and frequencies while reading all these encouraging comments which restores my faith in humanity and slowly getting sleepy as stress flies away. It was just to look on his face when I made him do it was horrible and they hurt him when he did it I had it done at home because it's usually more peaceful that way and it turned out to be horrible and the way he was looking at me he was I can't get that look out of my mind and it comes on every single day and I just feel so anxious and traumatized and I just see his face he was an angel that dog would do anything for me and I loved him so much and I didn't need to do it he was coming out of it he would have been okay I should have quit my job and stayed home with him just like I did for my other dog I feel so guilty

I don't enjoy life at all anymore I put my dog down a year and a half ago and I put many dogs down but this one was different after I put him down I did some research and I don't think I needed to put him down and I feel so guilty I got another dog immediately because I had to, it's just me by myself so I need a four-legged companion and I've been in such depressing and almost suicidal I can't seem to shake the grief and the guilt any suggestions?

Had to come back here to remind you friend that you will go through all this pain like a champion and that this insomnia doesn't last forever.. for me it lasted for almost a year and I fixed it by going to the gym, changing habits, reading books(DavidGoggins) and eat and sleep healthy cutting all video games and junks out of my life.. if I can do it you can do it too and faster than me..
