Hey chapman, I've been watching your videos for a while. I love ya, but this one you really kinda dropped the ball. For the ink farm, you gave no instructions as to depth, how high you were afking from, and your resoning behind doing basically any of it. you clammered through a minute and a half of sped-up visuals and over half of the ink farm tutorial was you fumbling around in the lush cave. I dug my farm too deep I guess, as nothing is floating to the surface now to be collected. And I'm not quite sure where to afk from, since you kinda just showed yourself placing an unspecified number of scaffolding and then flying around, all to be met up with "and look, it works!" Very rushed and very haphazard, for something that seems to be an easy build, you didnt include 95% of the basic information needed for it. I love ya, but im disappointed.

Just built this in bedrock 1.20 . I made 265 slices in a T shape. For the water system I used glass panes on the straights and cakes on the corners to re align the items. If you do an outside corner, you will have to do a weird u shape bend in the water system to get the items back to the correct side for sorting. I will now add a shulker unloader at the start and an allay sorter at the end.

it pains me to watch people take the lesser version of an enchantment after they already went thru the process of breeding, getting them in their spots and curing them if they do go for curing. like you already did so much you might as well get the best bang for ur buck and get the maxed enchantment level 😭

1:30 can someone explain why you need 41 in the first slot and then 1 in the next 4 slots? Is it because the hopper needs 45 items in it for the redstone signal? Also, instead of honey blocks, would slime blocks work?? Or no..?

Not sure whats going on for me, I have 4 layers (so 8 cats) but only getting 550 gunpowder per hour. I spawn proofed everything and using perimeterinfo will show no mobs (like zombies/skeletons/spiders) can spawn, only 420ish creepers (fluctuates a bit, Im guessing due to entities inside the farm) I do have the glass blocks on top of the lava so they dont jump up and down, I see a ton of creepers coming through but it feels like theyre not dropping gunpowder or its burning in the lava perhaps? Im on java 1.20.4

so for the future when growing mega spruce trees, place the 2x2 saplings, bonemeal it, then place the next saplings. I saves a ton of bonemeal! good vid

Tried this in the nether with a zombified piglin gold farm, used blue ice, most items flew past the hoppers and went into the sword auto smelter and jammed everything up. Switched back to a line of hoppers, slower but no lost or incorrectly organized items and it’s silent 🤷‍♂️ love the design though! Wish it worked for me.

Just a heads up, you can use 41 other blocks as long as they have a unique name from an anvil which saves on some of the important items like diamonds/netherite so that you don’t have to put 41 of those items in the system
