The Observation Deck was almost cleared. The buildings were illuminated in blue and purple. He gathered his strength and ran out on the Observation Deck's wall, high above the city stretched out below. His boots thudded down. By a superhuman leap into the air, GoldenEye clutched to Galore's helicopter's rope ladder. The helicopter appeared to be in the brilliant white light of a spinning cube image on the building's surface while the rest was all purple and had Chinese writings on it. The purple lit building was probably what the Observation Deck belonged to. A pack of Dr. No's armoured guards ran, halted at the edge of the Observation Deck and cautiously moved to investigate below. They started firing as soon as they saw the helicopter rising over them. The operative swiftly got two of the guards, while other three tried their luck. He was now very high in the air. Enraged, they were unable to get their target. While hanging from the rope ladder, GoldenEye looked out on the impressive sight of the city - bathed in lights from neon signs and Shēnzhèn River. Failed in their duties, the three remaining guards possibly lingered in the now liberated Hong Kong awaiting for whatever orders. Or they were probably called back by Dr. No who could transport them in his aircraft to their next destination. GoldenEye suffered heavy blows and his cybernetic eye was overheated for using too much of its powers.
