It's been a fair while since I've played this, so I'm going off of memory and online resources, but I probably farmed the demon nata in Aoba Park, or I farmed a lot of free tarot cards through the game, I would recommend finding a demon every area to farm free cards from if you intend to fuse alot

@@shis1988 Yep. And in this game you can acquire Hastur as a persona, and fight Cthulhu and Yog Sothoth as bonus bosses. And then the entire SMT franchise went to shit and completely forgot about the ongoing meta-plots serving as the backdrop for the games (SMT: YHVH/Kagatsuchi and the other incarnations of "God" being wicked are merely symptoms of some greater cosmic malaise, Persona: All the conflicts are part of Philemon and Nyarlathotep struggling for the collective soul of humanity). We won't ever see cool stuff like this out of these series' ever again.

well my party average was only like 21ish, but maia custom does start at level 31

@@trev9000 Can use Maia Custom without being within 5 levels of the persona level. I think it's the sole exception because its an upgraded starter persona. But you probably already knew that.

it's a lot of fun, but i personally don't feel like comparing this and persona 3 is really fair, since they're both played very differently. persona 2 feels more strategic, since you are literally always planning five turns ahead, and reacting to your enemies moves, where as persona 3 is about trying to take away as many turns from your enemy as possible. they both have their place, and I love them both.

This battle was dumb easy for me the reason why because I grind the absolute living shit out of all my party members to the point where it wasn’t even fair I just sat there spamming the fusion spell meltdown then I had Maya spamming mediarama with maia prime or custom as it says this game I don’t know what ulala doing but that doesn’t matter anyway, I just sat back and watched and it was over before I even realized that it started

No, it’s not just you, although I didn’t have any personal troubles with this fight because I over grinded all my characters where they were at the level 40 to 43 on my Ellen play through i spammed the fusion spell meltdown on my Nate play through. I spammed the fusion spell vain splash sometimes party members will be inflicted with sleep, but it wasn’t a lot for me at least sharpshoot didn’t hit me one time which is surprising so I guess I got lucky both times but other people did struggle with the boss fight

persona mutations. once you've obtained the personas special mutation skill, it will always be a stat point boost

Nyarlathotep would've easily kill Nyx and P5's boss Yaldabaoth. Even Pandora, Izanami and Asura would've die easily to Nyarlathotep. It would literally be YVHV, Mem Aleph, Lucifer/Helel , Philemon and either Mastema/Michael/Metatron against Nyarlathotep

No, will not happen, Pandora is just a shadow self, Nyx is actually your friend in persona 3, Izanami conflicts with Nyarlathotep in ideals (she actually wants to do good to humanity unlike nyarlathotep) and the only 1 boss that rhymes with him is Yaldabaoth. (The Demiurge is sometimes considered to be Nyarlathotep) If anything, YHVH will summon Nyarlathotep, Shekinah, Kagutsuchi (The SMT3 Moon, not the Persona 4 Arena boss) and Yaldabaoth to help him kill you in a Persona 5 epilogue. Not saying it's believeable or will happen however.
