£8.5mil these have to be Tax fiddles to pay that for these tiny places. I'll never understand this market. Gardens if you can call them that are smaller than my study and get sun at midday only half the year being so deep in between the surrounding properties. An hour out of London you can get a Mansion on an acre of land for £1.8-2mil. Madness!

Is it my imagination or do the ceilings seem a little low? I guess if it's a renovated old house that makes sense.

The inside is quite nice but I'm failing really hard to see where the 842k pricetag comes from, because the location of the appartment is horrible and the view is quite mediocre, the abandoned wharf at the bottom is just pure ugliness and while it's on the thames it's on one of the worst spots of the thames where there isn't anything basically. Also while I did say that the interior is quite nice, a 2 bedroom appartment with regular sized bedrooms, so not even big ones, are also hard to use as justification for the price.

Aircons visibil is a no go. Koi pond is a statement of pure cruelty to animals…. and many other details that were driven by money but certainly not style or detail.

I'm guessing most of the people watching aren't in the market to buy the house, so I wouldn't bother mentioning the kitchen manufacturer or who designed the wallpaper. Keep it natural and stop trying to sell the house to me. I just wanted to have a nosey around a big house
